I made the worst decision of my life to go to the shop and pawn my firearm due to times being hard. I thought they would be honest and trustworthy, but I should’ve known better back in July I pawned my fire arm I have 90 days to retrieve it so come September I decided to pick it up they ran a NICS report on me putting in false information I was denied my firearm when I purchased the firearm. Everything came back clear no issues back in 2020 come 2024 as I said I was denied they gave me the wrong NTN number I filed a challenge with the NTN, the federal Bureau of investigation sent me a report Informing me that the information the pawnshop entered, was purged an incorrect information. This is the worst service I’ve ever had in my entire life, considering how sloppy the pawnshop is at obtaining and providing important information to the NICS I will never use it this pawnshop. Or any pawnshop ever again!

Basic pawn, that offers items for sale at discounted rates. You can also place an item you like on a layaway plan so that makes it nice. Just do not miss a payment

As a seller, I had a great experience here. I was treated with dignity, and when I thought I might lose an important piece forever, the grace period they offer saved me. Special shout-out to Delphine (hope I got that right) for keeping it real with me. I don't envy the work this team does, so it means a lot when you are sympathetic to your customer's situations. I can also confirm I got an item back from pawn in the exact condition I left it in. Thanks gang.

Buyer beware! First issue item I paid for was defective. The staff there did not offer or mention anything about a a warranty so I was required to pay a restock fee so because they failed to mention I had to pay $8 for a defected item and a fee they fail to mention. (I would have gotten it in the first place IF IT WAS MADE KNOWN) Staff is rude.he asked the employee who sold it to us and he clearly didn’t remember telling us and the “manager” says it’s out of his hands. It’s not you’re a manager with responsibility and duty’s.I’ve tried to give them 3 times to redeem themselves and you can’t expect anything out of men who don’t aspire to be anything better then a annoyed pawnshop employee. Go to the one on Scottsdale and Thomas better staff better merchandise. So disappointed with this experience I reported to the BBB I suggested the same for anyone else with issues with this place

I'll admit, it's been a while since I was here. I've both pawned and sold here when I needed emergency cash for living expenses. I've had no problems with the personnel. I'm planning on going back soon to sell a few more items... hopefully!

As RECENT prior management of FirstCash for over 7 years, I am highly disappointed in this store. We were redirected to this store from another. Upon walking up 10 minutes prior to them closing. The claimed "only certified" employee (most likely the Assistant) was wearing a white and black tee and was already locking the door. He stated that they were done taking firearms for the day. When we had asked why, his reason was due to him being the only one certified. When we told him we came from another store and that it wasn't even 5 yet. all he could tell us was to come back tomorrow and shrugged his shoulders. When we questioned him why he was locking the door prior to 5, he said nothing. Seriously? This is ridiculous and does not measure up to any of the training standards from Corporate.
