I used to come here for loans but with the new management this place has gone down hill. Employees are so lazy they will pass on items just because they refuse to work. They won’t even open the box/packaging to see what it is. I recommend going right down the road to the 43rd ave and McDowell location, here they will treat you like a human.

BIDI has the WORST!!!!! customer service i have ever experienced. She hates her job and it shows shes doesn't want to be there and try's to lowball people on pawn. I hope she gets fired because the customer service that she shows is terrible. Makes me want to go to other pawn shops. I hope she finds a new job because this aint the one for her. She needs to be fired
