Yesterday I went to a different location do to my regular hair stylist not being in. I asked to go back to light golden blonde I was told no problem. I mentioned to the hair stylist that dark brown color I had was permanent, so what does she do, she starts applying the light golden blonde instead of removing the dark color, I asked her aren't you supposed to bleach it 1st,? She asked why? Because inhave a sark permanent cokor needs to be removed, It was a mess , my hair was not blonde,the ends were ash blue then applied another color still not the color i wanted afafter showed her pictures of the light golden blonde color i had before,then she applied a dark gogolden to try and fix it, and not happy at all. My hair is now dry, the ends look burnt, back of my head hurts. Very unhappy this was my 1st bad experience at supercuts,. I CRIED ON MY WAY HOME, my boyfriend said that not the blonde u had before and that u wanted. It was horrible!!

Walked in and had no wait. Davina did a great job cutting my long hair, including bangs! She listened and did exactly what I wanted! She was also friendly and relatable. I enjoyed my visit and the price was very reasonable.
Requested style: I need my long hair trimmed and my bangs cut, badly! She took off the perfect lenght!
