I went to this dealership to sell my 2015 Honda Fit, but their manager came out and treated me with an immense amount of disrespect.
Details:
As I said, I wanted to sell the 2015 Honda Fit. At first, I was offered $5,000 for the car. It was going well, until their manager came out said they couldn't take the car since the odometer display wasn't working. This is an infamous problem that occurred due to faulty mistake made in their factory. He said rules were rules and shut me down.
He then proceeded to give me an offer of $500, since he was 'sorry' for shutting down the $5k deal; he proceeded to say that he was willing to 'eat the loss'. His arrogance as he conveyed all this annoyed me, but I just said 'I'll think about it.' and walked out.
Several hours later, I managed to get the odometer display fixed and went back to Bell Honda to sell it. Their manager came out and gave me an even more rude and disrespectful tirade. He said that they're not going to give me the $5k deal and that due to the fault of the odometer display not working (resulting in inaccurate recording of total mileage over time), I can't sell it to anyone else. He proceeded to say that I should've been grateful for his initial offer of $500 for my car and accepted the deal out of respect. He then marked the deal down to $250.
When I called out on his haughty attitude that treated me as an idiot this whole time, he criticized my generation's problem of not giving enough respect to their elders like himself and proceeded to threaten to end my career by getting into contact with my workplace's boss. I finally snapped and said some rude things back as I stormed out of the dealership.
I went to AutoNation Honda in Chandler and sold my car to them for $3,000. The amount of respect they gave me as I interacted with them made me immensely grateful; they are the only reason why I hadn't sworn off all Honda cars after the horrid, self-centered treatment from Bell Honda in Phoenix, Arizona.
tl;dr Don't ever go to Bell Honda. They'll try to scam you, while expecting you to be grateful they even looked your way and worship them.

I really didn't think that I would buy a newer car from a dealership again because of past experiences but I am glad that I came here today to meet with Javier. He was extremely patient and pleasant to work with. No awkward pressure tactics at all!! He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I am now the proud owner of a 2024 Honda Civic. The whole sales team were also patient and understanding and cut me a nice deal. ?

Michael Vu was very rude. I had said I would come back to fix the things he suggested my car needed and I told him to please give me a list. He was very judgmental and seemed like he was pressuring me.

My younger cousin with a learning disability had gone in to look at trade ins. Needles to say they made him trade in a 2019 paid off car for a 2018 with $12.500.00 in added fees saying he can make his own decision as he is an adult. Way to take advantage of the disabled and put them in a non reversible contract… I don’t leave bad review period. But these people deserve one.

I had a great experience at Bell Honda today. I went in for a full service check up at 7:20 and my car was ready by 9. Being at dealerships gets me nervous due to such terrible service in the past(not at bell honda though)With the help I got from "Geo" today I felt comfortable being there. He assured that all my questions were answered and even had no problem with me calling my husband through the phone to assure if he had any other questions or concerns about the vehicle that i didnt ask. Geo was kind and professional through everything. I would just like to say
Thank you for today's service

This is my fifth car I have purchased at Bell Honda over the last 10 years or so. It couldn't have been easier, more pleasant or a better deal anywhere else. I've always been treated like a VIP when I walk in and I drive out with the payments I like. This is saying a lot because my credit has never been outstanding. My wife and I have never missed a payment on our vehicles and I feel as though that had something to do with the way Honda Financial treats us. Jeremy is the greatest salesperson I have ever done business with because he knows I don't want to spend the whole day there. I was out the door with my new CRV in 3 hours and Bell Honda as always gave me a great price for my trade in. We couldn't be happier! Thanks Bell Honda!

Do yourself a favor find a different dealership once you buy a car and you pay all that money. The service is awful. I was literally just accused of breaking something on the interior when it was there for something under the hood.

I had the worst experience ever with when I bought my cr-v... they promised to give me 3 year's of oil change, but they never tell me the oil changes will be just for the first 24000 thousand year.. they used that just to scam to make it nice.. so disappointed with the sales person at Honda

I purchased my first Honda Odyssey in 2022 and it was a pleasant experience. In June, July, and August 2024 a representative kept consistently calling me and telling me to trade my suv Honda Odyssey in and that they were having a huge discount on 2024's. So finally in August I went in and spoke to him, we discussed details and I was told that my first payment wouldn't be until October. Then they said that leasing was in my best interest. So that's the route I took. I had to get back to work, and they kept me waiting around. Finally I said I'll be back after work. They tried to get me to stay. I left anyway. They forgot to give me my license back, then after work I went there to finish up, they forgot to change my license plate from my suv to the new one. The next day they said they couldn't get my license plate back and had to order a new one. September came and I got a bill and I was very confused since I was told October. I made multiple calls each week and left messages, including an email. My husband took our daughter car in for a recall, and spoke to someone there and they said the purchaser would have to call finance department. I called and the guy was rude and dismissive, told me I would have to come down and speak with him and the Manager together. So today I did that, the Manager Waley said HE NEVER SAID OCTOBER TO ME, so to cover his own, he lied. HE 100% SAID THAT TO ME MULTIPLE TIMES BEFORE I SIGNED THE CONTRACT. He ( Waley) then told me he did not receive any of my messages for the past 5 weeks and there was NOTHING he could do for me. Lack a of business and communication!! Please make sure YOU WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN!! In my years I have had five experiences with purchasing vehicles from Ford, Kia, and Honda, this was the worst unprofessional signing of a contract. I am completely disappointed.

I would to recognize and thank Faith Williamson for the awesome service she provided during my last visit on 10/19/24. Faith kept me up to date on the status of my car. She showed appreciation for my use of the self service options that I received via text. She also provided me tips on how to handle any future car issues that may arise. To also go above and beyond she even to the time to walk me to my car to show me how to identify my tire pressure status and how to clear the alert after I re-fill my tires. Faith has secured my business with Bell Honda for the foreseeable future. Its because of service like this I am willing to drive to bell Honda for service and not to another service center closer to my job. Thank you Faith for the outstanding service!! It because of employees like you me and my family will always purchase and have our cars serviced at bell Honda!! We appreciate you!!

Bought a 2023 Honda Accord Touring, All safety features of the car malfunctioned while I was driving with 396 miles on the car. Service department took 3 days to diagnose and provide a solution for the problem saying it was a Wheel Bearing! Tried to speak to Sales and Finance about the defective car and was told "You bought the Car, it's your problem. Cars malfunction and it's out of our hands." Horrible experience, I wish I didn't trade in my car and purchased a car from Bell Honda.

Update: 10/16/24
I received a phone call immediately after submitting my post. I was contacted by a salesman named Shay. He stated “it sounds like you want to get out of your vehicle “and then proceeded to try selling me a new car. After speaking with Wally, he confirmed that my hands are tied because my vehicle will soon exceed warranty.
I returned to the service department to speak with Trish. I explained the ongoing issues that I’ve been having and requested that she might be able to assist me. I did not expect her to be unaware of the circumstances at hand. She stated that she had only briefly read over my history and did not even have the number of visits correct. I asked for Gwen to be involved and she assured me that she is the supervisor and who is supposed to taking care of me. Neither the service person who checked me in nor the service supervisor knew of a recall that I had to point out at check-in. Trish advised me that the recall part is a nationwide back order.
Honda Website: Please take immediate action to have your vehicle repaired as your safety may be at risk. Please contact your local Honda dealer.
Sadly I have done this and they have done nothing but make me feel unsafe in the vehicle I’m driving.
Google: Steering gearbox symptoms
“A faulty steering gearbox can cause dangerous issues, including loss of steering control and wandering“
I proceeded to ask Trish if there was any coverage in place for me regarding this ordeal. Apparently there is nothing that can be done other than placing customers who have been experiencing issues on a priority list for when the parts arrive. The extended warranty coverage that I have only provides $35 a day for five days rental car.

Consequences: difficulty steering can increase the risk of a crash.
What does Honda want me to do? Other articles I’m reading say to stop driving the vehicle. This is an unacceptable response.
DO BETTER HONDA
10/14/24:Bell Honda service department continues to fail me. I’ve experienced numerous mechanical issues with 2024 CRV hybrid. From my first service appointment, I reported a coolant smell, which was initially dismissed by the sales manager. However, subsequent appointments revealed a leak, requiring a radiator replacement. I've had ongoing alignment issues, requiring four returns to the dealership, with the last visit indicating I'll soon exceed the warranty mileage. I've wasted significant time and energy on maintenance, and the lack of customer service and communication is appalling. I've paid for extended warranty protection, but the delayed repairs may now leave me with uncovered mechanical issues.

It was time to say goodbye to my beloved 2007 Tahoe and purchase something much newer and with better gas mileage. Since we had purchased from Bell Honda this last April and had a great experience, we made the decision to only look there again. I had 3 vehicles I wanted to look at. My first choice was there at the door waiting for us at the time of our appointment. After talking with our Sales Rep, he brought out my 2nd choice. He allowed me to test drive both, then patiently listened to me ramble about my wants and needs. He pulled up the car facts on both and helped me make the best decision for me. From the time we walked in until the time we drove off we were treated with kindness and with respect. Everyone was so helpful.
We will be back!
