Got a unit here about 3 weeks ago. Couldn't be happier!! Great customer service, 24/7 access for almost half the price I was paying at public storage (who only let's you have access from 8am - 9pm) Would definitely recommend. It was fast and easy to rent the unit online. ??

Just moved in to this facility. I was taken care of by May, she offered great customer service, helped me out with the the move in process and answered all of my questions. The facility seems very clean and organized.

This place is horrible. I have a storage unit here, and every time I come, I can't get into my unit. I always have to call to get a temporary emergency code. This has been going on for several months. On top of that, the managers act like I'm a bother to them. As soon as time allows I will be finding another storage facility.

I really had a great experience with StorQuest Express when I had 2 different storage units at their storage at 51st Ave & Broadway. I never had any problems at all and had 24 hour access to my units. Also the workers Virginia and May were both excellent at helping me with any questions and were always helpful when answering all of my questions and also just checking up on me to make sure everything was good so I highly appreciated that. On top of that both May and Virginia went out of their way to give me cold water on hot days where I was working in the sun and thirsty so that was awesome and I give them 5 stars !! Thanks StorQuest Express.

Nobody works in the store. You have to call a number that puts you on hold forever. How are you supposed to rent from this business?
