Tim at the printing shop is an amazing individual. He not only communicated exactly what we needed to do in order to get the prints done for same day he was transparent in the process. He was professional and thorough. He arrived early to the store just because we were in the area and lo and behold Tim had our printing job already completed. He put his final finesse in touch on it by trimming it up making it an absolutely stunning sport we'll be going to Tim at Staples on Osborn.

A young lady with long dark hair and glasses was very rude and disrespectful at the print area.I actually and not helpful.I actually had to drive To another location to get my printing needs taken care of.

Horrible experience with rude associate (Johnny), misleading description on website for ink compatibility. Shop at your own risk, they do not help you, but stand behind the counter and talk to each other, would not point out where I might find the ink cartridges (finally found when saw the big hanging sign). Very POOR customer service, will go anywhere else to get my supplies.

I like the new Rewards System, but still ask that it be made EASIER and simplified to use. Please allow ALL store products to be included to both EARN and SPEND rewards - without exclusions. Thank you.

Not only did the cashier answer my questions, but sent an associate to bring up the item that I needed (since it wasn't on the shelf).

Staples will take your old batteries. I found what i needed and was in and out of the store within 10 minutes.

Mike Mitchell he's the manager he let my friend use the bathroom before we were there spending our money to print labels for our business. He was very standoffish and rude has vibes were very awful she has a medical condition and he didn't care, he also compared Walgreens rules bathroom rules to theirs which doesn't make any sense we don't need to know about that we are not shopping at Walgreens this needs to be addressed towards corporate. Went to the other location off of Camelback and they have a big sign that says restrooms I think Mike is a racist he wouldn't even look at me in our face

I asked the manager Mike Mitchell if I could use the restroom and he said we don't have public restrooms here just like Walgreens doesn't have their restrooms open as if that has anything to do with me as a customer. I print labels for my juice for my business. This is the second time that I have I have to use the restroom it was a hassle the last time and this time it was a complete no. The customer service and the manager here are complete garbage. Staples you need to get your stuff together because customers can use the restroom at office Depot. Customers can also use the bathroom at the FedEx Business Center. And that's what we will do. This is just one of many bad reviews that I've seen on your website obviously these people don't care about customers
