I’m looking at the previous posts, and I’m wondering how in the hell did they get Someone to answer the phone. The just hang up on you, and never answer.

They have horrible service. Once you call in, it takes multiple follow up calls and weeks before medication is shipped out. And an unhappy rude staff does not make it easy.

I can’t believe the hospitals thinks this pharmacy is acceptable. Horrible horrible service. Medications ordered are never filled NEVER they start working on it when you come to the window even if you had called and they promised you a certain time of pick up. Get in line, get back in line get in line again and you always have to start at the end of the damn line it’s ridiculous . I wish other pharmacies were able to fill the meds and quantity I need:

Call in medication. Go in at correct time its not ready told 15 minutes. Leave for 30 minute and still not ready. So now after standing in line twice they want me to go to the back of the line again when the prescriptions are ready. I've already waited longer than everyone. What happened to good customer service?

Was a great place before. It takes 2 weeks and 3 follow up calls to get a prescription filled. They need to hire more competent employees that can actually do their work. My insurance forces me to use them. I filed a complaint with them because I ended up in the hospital because my medication was waiting to get filled.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had and I'm 62 years old.I just had major surgery and was being released to go home. My friend was picking me up and waiting in the circular drive which was very busy so she had to keep circling around. The nurse wheeling me to the car said we would pop into the pharmacy and grab my meds on the way to the car.In order to facilitate this the nurse station was on the phone with the pharmacy at length to make sure everything was ready to go.As it turned out the pharmacy was having trouble authorizing one of my meds so we agreed that they would transfer that one to a pharmacy close to where I lived and I would pick up the rest.So once it was confirmed that the prescriptions were ready (minus the one they were going to transfer) we headed down. I was uncomfortable and in pain but happy to be heading home.Well we got into the pharmacy lobby and the nurse wheeled me to the counter. I told him what I was there for and he curtly told me I'd have to wait for the order to be filled.Of course I was quite shocked to hear that and I mentioned the lengths we had gone to in order to avoid such a situation and that someone was waiting for me and the nurse was trying to get back to her unit as quickly as possible. He went back and rifled through a few bags and said he could have them ready in a few minutes. He then proceeded to tell me that they couldn't transfer the one medication in question and that the doctor would have to call it in again to the pharmacy close to my home.Well I was miffed about that since it was not what was said on the phone before we even got there. He then magically touched a couple of keys on his computer and lo and behold he said he got the medication authorized.Ok so that's good now I'd get all my meds and could get home and rest and the nurse could get back to her unit.So we waited, and waited, and waited, and waited. Meanwhile my friend who was circling had to find a parking spot. Finally I hear my name called so I go up to the window. But there is no one there? The guy in the adjoining window tells me I have to go to the back of the line and wait my turn.Unfreakingbelievable.So we go to the back of the line and wait my turn. By this time I'm thinking I must be getting punked on candid camera.I finally get my stuff and go. I was feeling so bad for the nurse who I repeatedly told she could just leave me there and head back to her unit. But she steadfastidly stuck with me. So grateful to her.It took about 45 minutes total, maybe more, to do what should have taken 5 minutes. The complete and utter incompetence and sheer lack of empathy was mind-blowing. Such horrific service should never belong in any organization, much less one dealing with patients in a stressful situation.

An amazing full-service pharmacy with really knowledgeable and helpful staff. This pharmacy can fill any prescription and their professional staff can offer thorough consultation.

I wish zero stars were an option. Obtaining refills should NOT take multiple phone calls.

Husband got discharged and the staff told nurses that his meds were ready. With that I formation we went down and ordered an Uber and went to purchase the prescriptions. We were then informed it was going to be 15 minutes. I told them I needed it faster because I wouldn’t have walked down ordered an Uber and asked for the meds unless they were ready and rather than fixing their mistake immediately and apologizing for the confusion they argued and insisted we were wrong and that we misheard the nurses. Rude staff. Incompetent.

I am extremely upset. I have never been treated like white trash before. It didnt even make sense why they wouldnt give me my medicine. I wait 28 days for all my medicine and if i didnt i wouldn't get my medicine. I am not stupid. I am so in shock and heart broken by the way i was treated. Especially since i have worked at dignity since September and have been taking the same medicine for over a year now. I know that dignity health probably doesnt care anyways. But i just cant believe what i experienced. I have been going to that pharmacy for awhile.

If there was an equally priced option available to Dignity Health employees I would opt to not use this pharmacy. Refills never done without multiple phone calls, refills not in kiosk for pick up, refill requests never returned by physicians according to pharmacy but physicians office will show you completed fax confirmations to the pharmacy. Told that no refills left on prescriptions when I am looking at last months bottle stating otherwise. In all these years of substandard service not once have I been sent a patient satisfaction survey to fill out-I get that we are “just” employees but we still pay for a service that is not well provided.

I have a 23 year old special needs son who has been on many different medications since birth, this is by far the best pharmacy I have dealt with and we live in Texas.
