I’m looking at the previous posts, and I’m wondering how in the hell did they get Someone to answer the phone. The just hang up on you, and never answer.

They have horrible service. Once you call in, it takes multiple follow up calls and weeks before medication is shipped out. And an unhappy rude staff does not make it easy.

Call in medication. Go in at correct time its not ready told 15 minutes. Leave for 30 minute and still not ready. So now after standing in line twice they want me to go to the back of the line again when the prescriptions are ready. I've already waited longer than everyone. What happened to good customer service?
