I took my dad to St Joseph because it used to be a very good caring hospital but we had the worse experience nurses were awful and mean they did not care about my dad at all. He was struggling to breath and they took a long time to give him the breathing treatment I explained my dad has asthma it was an awful experience . It makes me sad to know they treat their patients this way because they also have family and wouldn’t want anyone to treat their family that way. Awful place . Idk what this world is coming to but just sad how people are treated there. May God bless them

After a recent stay at St. Joseph's Hospital , I'm back home and feeling much better. I received excellent care by the doctors , nurses, and staff. That is the only hospital I want to go to for my health needs . I highly recommend this hospital.

5 stars times 2. We came here from Colorado to get my husband the care he needed. Everyone from pre to post. And everyone in between. Everyone from admissions / front desk / pre care / all doctors and nurses on his care team /surgery team /ICU /post care and let's not forget valet that took wonderful care of me on my many trips to the hospital to see him. Shout out to valet Ghang, Aron, Kelsey, Jasmin and any of the others that I didn't name, all took great care. Thank you St Joseph for taking such wonderful care of us.

I would never recommend this place for anyone who is pregnant labor, and delivery in this place was absolutely horrible. I had to have an emergency C-section, which is fine but the doctor nicked my baby because he was in such a hurry. They did a random drug test on me for no valid reason, no I do not do drugs. It came back negative however there was no valid reason to drug test me to begin with when I told them no they said that they’ll just drug test the baby so then I went ahead and gave consent but they could not give me a valid reason to randomly drug test me , the nurses were other than one really good one, but I only had her for one shift the overnight security almost did not let my husband back into the hospital at night even with a wristband saying he was with me. Also, the overnight security almost didn’t let me back into the hospital from walking And take note I was the only one that could feed my baby and they almost didn’t let me back in. I begged my doctor to let me go home because of how horrible this place was they do not help with the baby and they do not help you and remember I had a C-section so I could barely move at this time And I had no help

I just want to say that I think that Andrea Draymond is a very good employee. I think she was going home, but I asked her for directions somewhere and she walked me all the way to I wanted to go. I thought that was very nice of her being that it was the end of her shit and she’s ready to go home, she took the time to take me. really appreciate that. I think she deserves a raise.
