I Came into the store having a huge problem my phone that I had started service with about a month before never worked so I canceled it over the phone they ended up not canceling it and suspending it and putting me into collections later on. I walked into the store and it was pretty busy but right away I was greeted by a very friendly man that introduced himself as Jourdan and told he would be right with me he finished with the customer he was helping as quickly as he could and came to me. He ended up seeing the problem right away and took down my number and said he would contact me as soon as he got word on the escalation. He did later on indeed let me know what was going on

This location is now closed since T mobile bought them out. But, I didn't know that and still went to this location just to find that out. Thankfully the "new" location wasn't far away at all.... Google needs to update so that it reflects what's really going on.

I have been having trouble with my phone for weeks. I went into the Happy Valley store for help. Jennifer spent a lot of time trying to fix the problem. She was great. She couldn’t have been better.In the end all I can say is that I wish I had never left Verizon. I feel like Sprint cheated me.

My wife and I had an appointment to upgrade our phones and Adam helped us. They were busy and the other employees were asking him questions throughout our upgrade but he stayed on task and got us set up with the phones that we wanted and we were on our way in less than 45 mins. Shout out to Adam for being knowledgeable & professional, thank you.

Gavin was such a bad sales person I went there to buy 2 phones but his attitude and lack of energy was unbelievable he literally said there were no phones in the store and just seemed like he just wanted to do the least amount of work possible and get us out of there. I'm going to pay off my devices so I can switch providers.some of the worst customer service I've received in along time. Definitely won't be recommending anyone to you guys. I can't wait to switch providers!!

Arived .Been checked in.Waiting patiently. Two reps and a supervisor on location.Two more people arrived after me.First was told the wait time is 50 min.Second was told wait time is 60 min ..Been. told that reps can't switch customers.After 20 min of waiting, last customer gets helped. Asked the rep, he was not happy.Asked about hot-spot, supervisor not too savy.

Me and my daughter upgraded our phones at this store and when we got our bill it was so messed up that our bill was over $600 contacted them and asked them to fix the bill and all they did was give us the run around story we are working on it or this or that and we ended up paying but this store deserves minus 5 stars don't let them fool you they won't correct the problem,

I had an appointment to pick up my online order at 5:30pm and when I walked in, both employees were busy so I waited. I wasn't even acknowledged until 6pm. Even then, I wasn't helped. An employee asked me what I was in for and I told him I was there to pick up a online order. He went to the back room without another word and came back, without my order, ignored me and went back to the back room. He didn't come back out. Another 20 minutes pass before another employee asked me if I had been helped. She was able to find my order and assist me. I didn't leave the store until about 7pm. I think that's a long time to wait for an online order, don't you?

I was promised prepaid cards for opening new lines at this store. It was during a promotion that would get you 200 dollars per new line. 5 months later still nothing. F*** sprint for lying to me and my family. They owe us $600 that they promised. So after having sprint for 10 years we are moving on to a carrier that cares about true loyalty and veterans. Shame on you sprint!

Worst people ever, especially the bearded manager lady, put 2 more lines to my account telling me that my bill will be cheaper, next month's bill came 100$ more, went back twice they said they'll take care of it but no they didn't, had to call customer care and remove lines.

The place has really gone down hill. We've been a sprint customer for years & the turnover rate is crazy. We've been in two times in the last 2 weeks & let me tell you, ZERO personality from everyone working there. Unfortunately, my husband ordered a phone one of the trips because he wanted it so bad. The ordering process was like pulling teeth, to say the least. We went back in today to try one more time & were greeted by a guy who had been there 2 days. He didn't have the answer so he asked his coworker who came from the back. They didn't acknowledge us after that, nobody ever approached us & could care less why we were there. We had to yell across the room to ask what we needed. We ended up walking out. Do yourself a favor & go to a different Sprint dealer or just plain don't use Sprint. Huge disappointment, more than once.
