On the way back from Sedona to Los Angeles, I stayed in a room with a double queen bed with some pals. The room featured a pleasant arrangement with two TVs—one for the living room and one for the bedroom—arranged in a studio style. It was excellent to have the shower and toilet in a separate room, as well as a sink beside the office area and an outdoor bathroom sink with a brightly illuminated mirror. The tub shower just didn't appeal to me; it seemed a little shady, like it was an old tub covered in a tub liner or something. It seemed strange to step on, almost as if it were about to open, for reasons that are difficult to articulate. Location was good, and service was excellent. The bed was comfortable. Check-out time is 12:00 PM.

Shared a double queen bed room with my friends on a road trip back from Sedona to LA. Room had a nice layout, 2 TVs, one for the living room area and one for the bedroom area studio type layout. Sink by the office area and bathroom sink outside with a nicely lit mirror, shower and toilet in a separate room which was great. I just wasn’t a fan of the tub shower, the tub was a little suspicious, felt like it was a tub liner over an old tub or something. Hard to explain but felt weird to stand on almost like it was going to open or something. Service was great and location was fine. Bed was comfy. Checkout is at noon which is great and well needed.

Fairly mediocre stay - you get what you pay for with this hotel and nothing more. You might think it’s a great value being close to downtown, but the rooms are quite old and dated, service is unfriendly (no recognition of my Marriott Titanium status), and the breakfast area is very small meaning many people had to eat standing up holding their plates. One of the two elevators was out of service during my stay, which meant long waits to get up to the room. And if you are sensitive to noise - be aware that one side of the hotel faces directly towards the flight path from the airport, meaning you are constantly hearing the rumble of jet engines as you are trying to sleep. Free parking was convenient though.Rooms: Dated and tired, but spacious. Good shower water pressure.

Such a great hotel! Very well priced for such a spacious room with a sitting area and kitchenette included. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The Springhill staff was absolutely amazing!! everyone was so nice, respectful, and accommodating. we had some complications due to religious reasons and everyone was understanding and helpful. Shoutout to Rikki who helped us with all our bags and really went above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel!!Noteworthy details: Amazing staff!! We were really impressed. Everyone is just so nice!

This hotel is such a great choice. My friends and I observe Shabbat and the hotel was very accommodating to our specific needs! The service was great, breakfast had really good options, and the rooms were nice and clean and spacious. I would highly recommend!

I had an interview with them they only asked me two questions. Which I thought was weird and unprofessional. Kind of a red flag for me. And they make you do mantience and front desk yikes. Can you not afford to have sufficient staff?

Pros1. Staff on my stay was nice both front desk and custodial2. In bathroom provided grip mat / anti fall mat3. Room was clean4. Room ready upon arrival5. Check in and out was easy and fast (only me in lobby)6. Walkable for a lot of places in city - good location from downtown / in downtownCons1. Bed itself seemed lopsided or indented on one side. One side I swear I felt springs but the other side was just fine.2. The tub is somewhat outdated3. Elevators felt a bit outdatedFinal ThoughtsThis was a fine place. It’s definitely great for the price and location. Staff was friendly with me and the most annoying thing was loud children but not the hotels fault. If I come back to the city I’ll consider this location again.
