This location is the best one so far! Claudia and Jorge were great they hooked me up!! and they even helped me lower my monthly even after getting a phone! Highly recommend this location!

Totally awesome that was my experience JORGE is the man he worked hard for me then tho I did have a t-mobile account he found my metro and but found that it would be better for me to get a t mobile account I did and it works awesome and it's unlimited thanks Jorge

Do yourself a favor. Don't waste your time here! They do not care about customers. The store manager Chantel Arriola is extremely rude and purposely will withhold information from you for her own gain. It is a shame that they can't treat customers who have been with Tmobile for years with more respect. TMobile will lose many customers with that type of customer service. They can't even provide receipts or paperwork to support their products due to a lack of proper management. They rather blame the customer.

This location is a bad one. They are rude and they kind of act like they got absolutely no training at all. Husband goes to order a screen protector for his phone. And they tell him they have no idea how to do that. And that he has to call customer service. And they tried to charge me $151 to get a new phone when it should have been $51. And they couldn't even find my daughters account the time she went to go get a screen protector replaced. Close this location down and do some serious training. Fire the guys that work there. Stay away from this T-Mobile. They deserve no stars. But you can't post a review unless you put a star. So stupid!!

If I could rate this store zero stars I would. I came into this store to port over a number after being told over the phone that I could only do it in the store. I go here and the two guys tell me that they can't really do anything in the store and that I have to call. Very lazy from the start, very uneducated seemed like they didn't even want to help me. Sure enough I call and am told everything that's done over the phone can be done over in the store. I call the store back to see if they can help and don't even get an answer. At this point this store should close down
