You can tell these guys aren’t just in the business to make a buck; they really enjoy helping people get the right vehicle. I had an exceptional experience buying a used car for my daughter from Auto Select. From start to finish, Holly was incredibly attentive, kind, and honest. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences from the time we communicated via text before meeting her. Her personable approach made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She really cared and even followed up after the purchase. Additionally, Brett, the finance person, was incredibly informative and transparent, making the financial aspect of the purchase go very smoothly. His honesty and efficiency were much appreciated. Together, Holly and Brett provided top-notch service that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for anyone in the market for a car—their dedication and integrity truly set them apart.

While I do normally post things about my experiences or purchases but this was such an Amazing experience at all Levels to include Customer service and I would be remiss if I didn't take this opportunity to thank Holly once again as she made this such a seamless process no chaos ,drama and was not pushy,I would know because I'm in sales at the highest levels and I know pushy,but for me it had been 17 year since the last purchased a car and it has changed so many ways,but after 5 dealerships and one place I had to ask for help and the other places just wasn't feeling it...so while searching I came across this dealership Auto Select and I called and Holly answered the phone they had some selections wasn't looking for a Exotic car but a nice SUV Chevrolet Traverse to be exact and she found me one 2022 LT(Black Cherry)great condition low mileage, long story short they gave me something on my car and I wasn't expecting much....I paid cash as this was for business and all the documents were in order and 2 days later the transaction was completed....Thank you Holly and thank you again Auto Select!!!

I had an amazing experience here. I spoke to Holly for a Mercedes G 53 AMG from when I walked in and walking out it was a total 5 star experience she truly made my entire experience special I highly recommend auto select for purchasing a car!!

I was interested in buying a car, and Matthew ran my credit, had me send over income verification, and just stopped responding. He has read receipts and seen all my messages but didn't say anything back to me. He didn't tell me if maybe they needed more money down or anything. So basically I ran my credit for no reason. I just feel like that is horrible customer service and something should have been related to me besides silence.

My first time buying used car from out of State through Internet! Finally found my ideal car from Auto Select. Simon took care of my whole transaction and promptly answered all questions I had. They also replaced and fixed the broken part of the car before shipping it out. Highly recommend this dealer!

I had an exceptional experience with both Bret and Simon. Bret went above and beyond by offering me more than my trade-in value was worth to help me finance the truck. Simon was incredibly kind, relatable, knowledgeable and dependable. They truly understood my family's needs and made sure we were happy. Despite the flawless condition of the truck, they assured me that I could reach out if any issues arose, and they would take care of me. I made appts with two dealerships to see the cars in Phoenix and drove 9 hrs from SLC. I got the text message when I almost arrived it's sold. On the very next day I visited next dealership and found it's closed. No one answered the phone on the day that I made an appt. Barely got the answer it's sold yesterday and he got another one.
Seriously?? I really hate the small auto dealership especially in AZ

Took me 6 months to finally hunt down a gated manual R8. I live in the FL panhandle so of course a little nervous buying a “super car” without actually seeing and test driving it first. I had 8 detailed, high quality videos of the car within minutes of calling Auto Select. Simon was quick to respond to every question I had. The car arrived shortly after purchasing and arranging transport and it is without a doubt one of the cleanest 2010 gated R8’s in the country. Immaculate condition, better than expected! Runs and drives perfectly, puts a smile on my face all day! I will be looking at Auto Select when my next mid life crisis happens, no question!

I live out of state and I found a car here that I liked. Simon made everything easy and was proactive about showing me the car on FaceTime and giving me all the details of the car. He sent me a car fax and made sure I was comfortable. They did such a good job that I flex into Phoenix just to buy a car from them. I drove it home and it’s perfect. If you’re shopping for a car you definitely need to give them a call.

got my first car here, simon was very communitive with me and made buyng the vehicle a stress-less and easy experience. car lot was clean and organized while the atmosphere of the building was clean and welcoming. 100% recommend this dealer!
