We used this cleaning service in a department of a local Phoenix university. Our old cleaning service was bought out, and we were very disappointed by its replacement. The communication was poor. The professionalism (as you can tell by the responses to these reviews) was very poor. They mixed up our linens with another department in the University multiple times. Before we cancelled services, the service man stopped bringing equipment necessary to collect our linens and had to use our equipment to do his job. One day they didn't even show up and claimed we called and cancelled, when we didn't. It's almost like they wanted us to cancel services? Trying to talk to the manager on the phone was a nightmare. He would talk over you, speaking unclearly, and I assume he is the one writing these reviews since he also sent our manager a nasty email. As someone who used to respond to Google reviews for a company, these responses are beyond shocking. Our whole department laughed at the unprofessionalism. Calling people fake and liars. If you like good customer service and expect professionalism with a company, do not use this service.

Es un buen lugar para trabajar pero al momento de dar cheque no lo tienen y molesta porque uno tiene gastos pero no los puede pagar uno a tiempo porque te fallan y asi uno tiene ganas de estar en ese trabajo y es una injusticia porque a todos le dan menos a uno

I just want to write to say that the service from Sparklean is great. Everyone I spoke to were very helpful. I especially want to mention George and Roy who helped get the laundry delivered. Great company to work with.

Refrain from servicing anything of a sensitive nature at this establishment. They laundered my nearly $300 Pendleton Blanket instead of Drycleaning it as indicated on the care tag. It shrunk substantially, by approximately 6”, is now stiff and dense, permanently changing the soft hand and smooth appearance. This is an authentic review despite the embittered response from the proprietor seen below.

No ac, no fan, worker don't close off there work area. The worker are walking in the way of customers as of the own it .. they spent money on there camera that don't work and employee that are reluctant to help
