Alignment here and got worst.
I had changed front right tire(changed both later)and alignment done but steering wheel tilts to left after alignment. It wasn't crooked when I brought to shop. So I went back to shop and told employee about the issue. After they looked 2nd time. told me I need to go to Freightliner dealership to fix crooked steering wheel. Why should I go to dealership due to your miss? I bet steering wheel was off center due to not locking wheel during alignmen. It's not hard to be corrected. At the end I told technician "it wasn't like this when I brought in" again. His answer was "ok". I realized alignment is not problem. I am the problem ? LOL. I left shop immediately. Your 5 star service doesn't work for me this time. I feel like entered hospital normal walking and got out with a cane.
I had good experience with you though.I took other truck to your shop couple of years ago. I had problems crooked steering wheel and truck didn't going straight I explained your technician and he fixed perfectly that time. I don't know his name. I remember He was tall gentleman and has English style mustache.
I already told my manager I would never go back to this shop again. So no further action necessary.

I am taking time out of my busy day to let everyone know, Southern Tire Mart is an amazing company. I manage the maintenance department at a local company. I manage 107 vehicles, so you can imagine we stay busy. Too busy with the shortage of mechanics. I want to thank Scott for everything he does and will do for us. Most of the time, he delivers way above expectations. He makes us feel as if we are his only customer! Hard to find services that run as smooth as this company , thanks for all you do!

Chris was the young man that helped us with getting tires on our MotorHome. He was very good at keeping us updated on the progress and he kept his word when promising to get information about specific questions we had. Will definitely do business with them again. Ozzie, Anthony, Don & Travis also did a great job with the install and questions we had. Thanks guys!!
