Their devices are terrible! Not only do you pay the fee for installation but it locks out and you have to call to get a code to unlock the device that cost $35 per code. This is a scam! Then you try calling to get help because your vehicle doesn’t start and nobody answers!

Compliments to the entire staff who works professionally, diligently, and in an efficient manner consistent with the time it takes to process calibrations and removal of devices. The facility is very well-maintained, the lobby is clean, accommodating, and comfortable. I would recommend this location to anyone.

CHOOSE THIS LOCATION! Let's face it, I never *wanted* to have to go to an interlock facility - but play stupid games, win stupid prizes. HOWEVER - I have consistently gone to this location for my appts since I got it installed and they have never been anything but kind and helpful and as quick as they could be.
Today was removal day, I showed up only a few hours from closing with no warning AND a dead car battery. I practically begged for them to stop whatever they were doing and get that thing out of there. Kade was SO wonderful, took care of everything quickly, and walked me through my remaining fees. He even offered to help with my battery situation.
I plan on never having to go there again myself - but if you have to, these guys will make it as painless as possible. 10/10

They have 2 windows with multiple cars in line but only use 1 window and they don't listen to you when you have an issue with your device.

Cant speak for others but I chose Smart Start because it was close to work,there staff has always been great, bilingual they gave me discount, I had only 1 issue and I left unit in car in the summer ..it didnt want to work right a Tech came out and switched it with me. And never had any issue there after. Went to another smart start in the east valley once they were cool too. I recommend Smart Start AZ

The service is disgusting, I'm upset because they charge you for violations that they never explain to you, such as taking the car to the shop to have the oil or service related to your car done, also the day it takes to be serviced. There was no internet and the next day, which was Monday, I couldn't take it and they don't open Saturday and Sunday. I had to pay a tow truck to take it today and they are not going to want to refund the money, since the codes they gave me were not useful to service the car.. it is a terrible service.. I do not recommend it.

Please come to smart start for your interlock service ..you have people in person that you can talk to if you have issues regarding your device. It will safe you time and money.

-5 stars. Horrible experience you will get charged left and right. Do not do business with these people. They will rob you blind. Their customer service is a joke. Armando the guy that was there to help take out the interlock had a big attitude when I showed up. Save your money and Integrity and take your business somewhere else, where it is valued.

I have to admit I went in there with a bad attitude at first and they still took care of me in the most respectful way .the staff was very professional and understanding of what I was going through.I really can’t thank them enough for everything.

This company charged us a full monthly charge when we had the device installed on the 30th day and the customer service was really pathetic. They transfer you from one person to another and refuse to address any issues. They have their customers over a barrel and are not helpful at all. If you can use any other company for an interlick device, do so.
