Alan was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He answered our questions and understood and met our needs.
The mattress was exactly what we wanted and was affordable, too. Because of the discounts, we were able to purchase a base and sheets as well. It was a pleasant experience.
We are looking forward to sleeping in our new bed soon!

I am highly disappointed.
I made the final payment on 5/31 and was told the mattress is made to order and would take about a week to 10-days. The mattress arrived on 6/2, so I am confused as this could not have been made to order.
Upon delivery the box was damaged and since I am not moving until 6/21 I will not know if the mattress is damaged or not

Customer Service Is Awesome Up Front.. Then Comes The Up sales! I Wold Compare Them To A Sketchy Used Car Dealership. You Purchase A Pricy Warranty Thinking You Are Insured Sleeping Comfortably. Just To Wake Up To A Rip Off Nightmare! They Say The Warranty Is There Just Incase Anything Happens To It "WE WILL REPLACE IT." You Come To Claim The Warranty And They Do NOT Honor It. They Do Not Refund Your Money. They Make Up Their Own Rules As They Go. You Tell Them This Wasn't Explain They Say It Was And I Ask Show Me The Contract I Signed You Explaining This. And O Course They Lie And Lie And Lie Some More.
I'm Not Saying Don't Purchase A Mattress From This Business. Just NOT THIS LOCATION! Definitely Not A Warranty.

Ana was amazing to work with. I was able to secure a mattress that was normally $3700 for $1600 because this location has a great clearance selection. She also expended extra effort in trying to get my mattress to me earlier than normally scheduled. I absolutely recommend stopping in here when it’s time for a new bed.
