I walked in the main entrance hoping to get a walk in appointment and I found out that was a bad decision very quickly. The male stylist saw me standing at the empty counter when he looked at me in the mirror from his booth and ignored me. I had to wait for the female stylist to acknowledge me and she said she couldn’t help me. I thanked them anyways and they said nothing back to me. Let’s just say I’m not coming back here.

Watch out! Sky will cut off your eyebrows before even asking. Even after 2 conversations about the subject, I think he fried his brain cells and forgot.It’s been almost a year and my eyebrows have not come back yet. Very disappointing as I feel my identity was taken away.And the first couple of haircuts were great, after that, he got lazy. Huge Bummer.

A great salon with an uplifting vibe. I have been seeing Cyrus for years. He is expert at his craft, has many styling ideas, is very thorough, and is a joy to see every time I'm there. I have seen his skill with other men and women and am always impressed.

So you have to make an online appointment and choose one of the available days and time slots. After you make the selection, it’s not an appointment but a “request” pending approval or denial. Then it gets denied and the system doesn’t automatically notify you, give you a reason why it was denied, or offer any alternative days or time slots. Big waste of time, snobby customer service.
