I was visiting from out of town and needed a pair of ski boots, and a friend recommended SkiPro. I was blown away by the phenomenal customer service - MacKenna went above and beyond, ensuring I tried on a variety of boots until I found the perfect fit. She even kept the store open for us 20 min past closing. The attention to detail and genuine care from the staff is impressive, and prices are great. I’ll definitely be back next time I'm in town. Highly recommend!

This store and its personnel are the best, and I would recommend them without hesitation. We are from the White Mountains of Arizona and we heard nothing but great reviews from friends concerning this 2110 E. Camelback Store. As a result of such strong recommendations we traveled to this specific store and had Gil Salvador (Master Fitter) take care of us for a complete set of skis, boots, poles and accessories. HE GAVE US PROMPT SERVICE and UNDIVIDED ATTENTION UNTIL WE WERE DONE. This mentioned visit was in support of the 2023 ski season. Fast forward to today (07/16/24). We called ahead and told the Ski Service Department we were traveling from the White Mountains, and asked if we could get same day service for servicing our skis. ABSOLUTELY, they replied, and they did so. Upon picking up our skis I inadvertently left two items belonging to our skis and did not take note of the mistake until arriving home. I called the Store and asked if they could ship the two items I mistakenly left behind, and told them I would give them my credit card for the shipping. They had a waybill number for me the next morning. These employees know the meaning of "Customer Care", and "Going Above and Beyond"!!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET VISITING THIS STORE FOR YOUR SPORTING NEEDS! See you next summer, Gil, for servicing our skis!

We had a great experience buying our first ski boots after spending years on rentals. Steve was super helpful, spent ages going through all the options and talking us through comfort and fit. We spent almost 3 hrs there and it was well worth the time for us both to get what we needed. Would recommend and definitely return as we expand our ski gear!

We called two weeks ahead of time and asked about a coat and bib rental. They specifically told us to not come until the day before we leave as they have a ton of inventory. We arrived the day before a planned trip for them to tell us they had no inventory. Very unfortunate as we invested money into this trip and now will most likely need to buy coat/bibs for a one time trip.

I have shopped at this location several times. I have always experienced the best customer service. Polly went above and beyond to find the jacket I wanted that was not available at this store. She made a few extra calls, tracked it down and had it delivered to the store within two hours. Amazing service. Thank you so much Polly!!

Based on two different visits, the first time was immediately before a 3 day holiday, and getting assistance for fitting for snow gear was next to impossible. Not their fault. I went again today to pick up an online order and was pleasantly surprised by the staff; a complete 180°. I called ahead to confirm before the long trek and was reassured by Icylyand that everything would be ready when I got there. She kept her promise! Although, me with constant buyer's remorse, I wanted to try on more gear while I had the chance. Anthony was super kind and knowledgeable about the gear and even provided his personal recommendations. He was patient with my novice questions and, overall, a great conversation and learning experience. I would definitely support this mom and pop business over the other chain in the area.

Icelyn was absolutely amazing. My fiance and I had no gear whatsoever and didn't even know where to start and she stayed with us every step of the way. She went over all of the differences in brands and helped us pick what would work best for us. She didn't make us feel like a bother even though we spent at least 2 hours in the store. I loved her so much! She was so knowledgeable and kind. That girl deserves a raise. I can't say thank you enough to Icelyn. We will definitely be coming back and recommending Ski Pro to everyone we know.

Terrible customer service. I had to practically beg to get anyone to help me, and that help usually consisted of them answering one question and then wandering off to do something else. No one helped me and my party find sizes or styles for pants/jackets. Then when it came time to get helmets and goggles, even though there were three employees standing around doing nothing, no one came up and asked if we needed help. Once we asked multiple times for help, they were willing to help us, but the service was still very slow, and when I had questions about size/fit, it was like pulling teeth to get any answers. If you plan on coming here, just make sure you know exactly what you want ahead of time and be prepared to help yourself.

The best selection in town, but pretty frustrating when you buy new skis and boots for a company and you send your son to go pick them up for you as your traveling for work to get turned down that you need to be 18 years old to pick up some thing that you already ordered. What a waste of time and energyand crappy customer service

When I got my snowboard machined wax, it got returned with a new scratch on the front and it had a dry white haze that the board had when I brought it in. I took their word and went snowboarding but sure enough it was not waxed. I was slow as molasses. They offered a free tune to make up for it but after getting it tuned, it felt like it had no edge on the mountain. When I told them the machine wax was not good, the guy told me to buy the wax and rub it on my board. I won’t come back to this location, actionride shop is 100x better and saved my board
