I spent a lot of money at this store, but won't be going back. When I tried to exchange a stone for another, the owner wouldn't. He said it wasn't their policy. I was also shorted a couple of times on my jewelry class list. Check that all your items ordered for a local class are actually in your order at the store.

I can’t say enough good things about this store. They have EVERYTHING you can imagine, and more. Amazing knowledge and ability to get you the tools, or even repair the ones you have (heard them mentioning that they can replace your rotary tool shaft).These store fronts are at risk, if you don’t want everything to be ordered online, and prefer to have someone in the industry walk you through your purchase, support local.

Never had any problems with this place, but bad customer service from the owner is very unprofessional. The option of having other suppliers who appreciate your business is the best thing for a customer.. They scammed me out of diamonds!

Came in to purchase supplies for my first jewelry making class. Mario and Josephine were so kind and encouraging helping me to find all the supplies on my class list. I have to admit I was super intimidated as a newbie, but they made the experience so wonderful. They took their time with me and I will definitely be back for more supplies! Thank you.

Be careful with these thieves, I came into sell them some casting silver. I trusted them and let them take it out of my sight. Big mistake. It came back with hundreds of dollars worth of silver missing, and to boot they wanted to give me 12 bucks an ounce for pure silver droplets. If you are buying casting silver and you get the older larger droplets, those are the stolen ones.They may seem like nice people, but don't trust them, they are low life scum.Up date, I stand by the review I wrote above. The reply below is not accurate. I've let it go, I realize there are bad people in this world and they will be hopefully held accountable in the afterlife.

I’m tired of hearing ‘I’m a small business’ as an excuse to mark up the prices, it’s unprofessional to pick and choose what customers pay. This place is crooked and has the whole valley monopolized. ASU students and Veterans don’t come here they do not appreciate your business.
