This location is horrible! Do not let Sarah do your hair or your kids hair. She is very rude and disrespectful and she braids entirely TOO TIGHT! The first thing she do is complain that the price we are quoted isn’t enough then she complains about it as soon as you get there, as if we came up with a price on our own. The owner of the shop quotes the price and she gets mad ? when you get there and immediately tells you “Imma have to charge you extra. Then when you tell her the price that was quoted she speaks in her French language and call the shop owner and argue infront of you.
She don’t even give you a chance to tip her because she is rude and mad everytime you come there and if the price isn’t what she wants she will let it be known and will hurt your head braiding it. She hurt my daughters head 2 times and she complained each time that $80 to braid my daughters natural hair at 5 years old was not enough. Then the second time I brought my daughter the price was quoted $120 and Sarah STILL WAS MAD SAYING UT WAS NOT ENOUGH! Then told me that next time she will have the shop owner braid my daughters hair.
I sent my aunt to this shop to get her hair done and she did the samething to her! Was not happy with the price she was quoted by the owner and complained in her language and messed my aunts hair up! My aunt had to take her hair down after paying $220.
Do NOT GO TO TJIS LOCATION! She money hungry and mad at customers she feels aren’t paying enough!

Staff is the BEST !! Very kind. I'm a grandmother raising my 15 yo granddaughter, they showed me nothing but GOOD ADVICE/SUPPORT. Energy, Vibes ALL of it just "BREATH TAKING". THANK YOU SIERRA HAIR !!

Shopped for hair jewelry the options was a few not many. The store has a feeling of a mom and pops store which needs community support rather than corporate. Braids being done on site. Staff was very helpful and kind. Store offers gift cards for gifts too.Store has variety of extensions and hair products.

So I traveled to this store and expected to find some great products and great customer service, but no. The young guy with dreads comes out and ask me if I need help, welp, I'm spending my money, and I decide when I see something I want to buy, if I want to buy anything, and thereby if I don't want help, leave me alone. Instead, I look up to find him watching the cameras, oh really, me considering supporting you makes you suspicious of me, so unprofessional, ignorant, and lazy. Black people who have stores and don't actually respect African Americans who are willing to buy from their store don't belong just as much as white, asian, and latin people in stores who act like they are adverse to us, you act the same. And I am just as dedicated to making sure you make no money, have no business, and success in life, business, and certainly not African descent money. If you don't know how to have customer service just except you don't belong in business, you'll have to accept that. So I left, and will get my expensive products somewhere else instead. If you don't enjoy being around other African descent humans, we won't miss you if you just take your but right over to white people and work for them. Cause we don't want you around, you are not one of us, last I checked low life places that don't have class, are called ghetto, and you don't add to the community, just a problem, so we'll end you along with the rest of the trashy one.

The address is not what's on the map I drove from north Phoenix all the way only to found no building just a open lot I had to just do a UTurn and keep on going.
