Earlier in Year 2024, I had Showcase Honda polish my headlights, as the light covers were foggy and were obstructing the headlight beams. About 3 months later, when the cloudy steamy covers returned, I was very disappointed. I tried to handle this issue with Service Advisor Robbie, who told me that most repairs are guaranteed for a year. However, in my case, the work was not guaranteed nor warrantied. I asked politely if Showcase Honda could stand behind their work, and I was told, "No" by Robbie and by the Service Manager. A $10 discount was offered to me if I had the work done a second time, but I respectfully declined. As Showcase Honda realizes, they just lost a good customer. What a pity.

Mediocre service quality and worsening business practices. Showcase Honda's service advisors ALWAYS try to UPSELL the BOGUS service packages. There's no attention to past service history in recommendation but just blind efforts to get anyone who doesn't care or remember.
On top of that, there's a HIDDEN CREDIT CARD FEE that Showcase Honda started charging this year. 3 PERCENT for just using a credit card? Never encountered such a dealership so far. Not even from other brands dealerships in the same area. There's clearly a greed and ethics problem with this dealership, more than others.
For test drives, they wouldn't even let you try a single mile on highway and they are located right next to SR51! If you have a choice, look elsewhere. There are plenty of other more competitive Honda dealers in the valley.

Love going to get my car serviced by Dan Thomas at Honda. Have been going to him for years now. No matter what Honda dealership he’s at I have and will make the commute to any location he’s at. I know my car is in good hands and I always get great customer service! Makes taking care of my car very stress free.

Girlfriend bought a vehicle here. It was totalled. She was told her had to contact the warranty company (Which Berkshire\VT also owns). Would not tell her how to reach them. I tried calling and get a hold of finance, as I know that the dealership finance department is responsible for initiating warranty cancellations. Was bounced back to the operator who proceeded to place me on a loop. They are literally holding her money hostage.
How dare a dealership treat anybody this way.

I literally came here to get out of a 14 thousand dollar negative equity with my 2018 toyota Tacoma, and it was at 105 thousand Miles and I still owed 38 thousand on it with 14% negative equity. The manager mustafa said he’d help me, and I picked a Honda 2024 at first and was told I couldn’t do that, and the bank wouldn’t approve it, then they ran my credit without me saying it was okay to run it, that’s the whole reason why I had to speak to the manager in the first place, they ended up giving me a car that’s value was the same as my truck, but instead of 14% interest I am 8% interest now, and instead of paying 925 a month for the truck, I got down to 764 but granted my insurance went up 106$ getting this car, and it’s a hybrid 2019 Lexus 300H ES. I told them my situation and they literally sold me a car and Dana the financial lady tried to tell me if I don’t put the warranties the the bank wouldn’t let me get the car, when I didn’t realize that they ran my credit already and the bank had approved it already. She literally added on 10 thousand dollars worth of warranty, and giving me a car that is worth 24 thousand dollars, I’m owing 50 grand now for this car. They literally made me 26 thousand negative equity. I’m so stupid for coming here thinking they would help me. And all of them lied to me. I’m literally in the same situation as I was with the truck. I’m definitely gonna have to talk to a lawyer or something, because this is not cool. All dealerships are doing is putting people in financial debt. They try to just F people over, they never try to help. They only care for themselves and see people as a paycheck rather than trying to help them. THANKS SHOWCASE HONDA FOR GIVING ME A CAR THATS PUTTING ME IN 26 THOUSAND DOLLLAR NEGATIVE EQUITY AND PUT ME IN THE SAME POSITION I WAS IN , IN THE FIRST PLACE! I know nothing about dealerships and keep going alone and I keep getting F over. No body can help me. All these dealerships are just liars. THANKS MUSTAFA FOR MAKING ME THINK YOU WERE TRYING TO HELP ME, YOU JUST F EVERYONE OVER JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE.

Showcase Honda provided the best car dealership experience I've ever had. The whole experience was ultimately made by our car salesman, Darrell Duncan. Everything people know and hate about car salesman/dealers... Darrell was NOT that! He was kind & professional. Most importantly, he was not pushy or aggressive. It was a very transparent and quick process! We are so excited for our new car, and we very grateful for you, Darrell!

Servicio departmetsid what they said they were going to do but like a typical service center they say it's one price and when you come back it's almost doubled.

? **Warning: Avoid Showcase Honda at All Costs!** ?
I’m sharing my deeply disappointing experience with Showcase Honda at 1333 E Camelback Rd, Phoenix, AZ. As a loyal Honda customer who’s purchased six Hondas since 1996, I expected honesty and transparency. Unfortunately, my experience with the Internet Sales Rep and the unprofessional General Manager (GM) fell far short of these expectations.
Here’s what went wrong with my 2024 HRV Sport purchase:
1. **Inconsistent Quotes**: Despite negotiating a final sales price of $26,000 with the Internet Sales Rep, the final out-the-door quote shockingly exceeded $30K.
2. **Hidden Fees**: The GM provided multiple quotes, each including hidden fees ranging from $800 to nearly $2,000. These were buried as “lieu taxes,” a term that doesn’t exist, making the total cost unclear and inflated.
3. **Bait and Switch**: Initially told I qualified for a military discount, I was later informed I didn’t meet the 25-year service requirement. This sudden change felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic.
4. **Lack of Transparency**: When I refused to accept the inflated quotes, the GM swooped in with excuses, claiming a "lieu tax" was responsible for the discrepancies. This term doesn’t exist, and he failed to provide a detailed breakdown. The GM clearly thinks customers are too stupid to do simple math. When I confronted him about the discrepancies, he blamed it on the system being down. When I said I was ready to walk out, he literally said, “I’m OK with that!”
5. **Unethical Behavior**: The GM’s inability to provide an honest quote and the introduction of hidden fees demonstrated unethical behavior. The discrepancies between the initial quotes and final totals were masked as non-existent "lieu taxes."
If this is how the GM conducts business, there is clearly a cultural and ethical problem at this dealership. Having dealt with Tempe Honda and AutoNation, I have never encountered such deceptive practices.
I am escalating this matter to Honda America and the Better Business Bureau. In addition to filing a formal complaint, I’m sharing this experience to warn other consumers. Please avoid this dealership to prevent a similarly frustrating and dishonest experience.

Feel free to share to help others steer clear of this deceptive dealership.

This is the worst places to buy your car please stay away from this people all of them are gonna scam you from the sales department to the services department This is the worst dealership that I would never recommend to anyone so they don't lose and waste their money on this place I bought a car and the same day at night when I was taking it on the way home, my girlfriend and I heard many sounds that were not normal for a car, however we waited until the next day to take it to be inspected and when it was According to them, they checked and they never found anything and that's why they didn't do anything. However, I still felt that the car was not right, but since I didn't know anything about cars, I took it and I thought that if they had left it okay, then 2 months later I came to complain about the same thing and at that moment they found everything and charged me 2,500 dollars for all the damage that the car had from the beginning that I bought it only that they did not say it from the beginning because they knew that if they did it would have to be covered by the dealer and then over time they blamed me according to why I put 500 more miles on the car and more than 1 month had already passed, it really was a scam and that's not to mention the
Deal that reportedly included a guarantee of an interest rate of 27.99% for a $20,000 car with a 72-month payment of $591.68 plus 3000 cash down, a total scam and with its fake hydrogen package such as window tint and a Zaktek that was also mandatory If you do the total calculations, I paid 48600 for everything, please never do business with these people because they are going to scam you. My advisor was Cedric Dwaine and manager Austin and finance Dana Gonzales.

If I could do zero stars, I would do just that I was waiting on an approval or so I was told I showed up a day before the day I was supposed to be verifying information for my approval. The car I was waiting on they sold only to tell me They can put me in a different vehicle that similar to the one that I actually wanted. I almost got into a fistfight with one of the representatives who stepped in acting as a manager, but he was only another sales rep. I get to the manager, and he informed me that I was already approved for a set amount, but was told that I would have to wait until Wednesday initially before I could find out how much I was approved for If you want to have your leg, jerked your arm twisted, and you wanna be bent out of shape when you walk out of this place please by all means this is the place you wanna go to for a new vehicle
