They filed my taxes and now the IRS is asking for a bunch of additional info, I have never had this even with these same employers in previous years. I went to ask for help and they said I need to go figure it out and just gave me a general IRS phone line number. Absolutely unacceptable, if they filed and made a mistake they need to fix it. Don’t ever go here, they will mess up your taxes and make more work for you to do.

I had a very disappointing experience with this service. They made multiple errors on my taxes, which resulted in me owing the IRS and paying a fine. Additionally, they rushed through my taxes, leading to mistakes in my information. When I asked for corrections, they refused to help over the phone and told me to contact the IRS myself. I also didn't receive my state tax return because they submitted the wrong address. I do not recommend this service.

Treat your customers equally. Do not make customers you know pay less than customers you do not know. I used to do my taxes in your office for the last few years, but after what I noticed today, I will never go back to your office again. It’s not about money at all but I like and respect it when businesses owners treat their customers in equal ways . An additional point to my review since the owner replied to it .. I’m not talking about prices and how much you charge your customers in this review I’m talking about the ( Treating your customers equally ) I wasn’t looking for a cheap price and you know what I’m talking about . I went to a different place and I paid more than what you wanted to charge me to finish my taxes . Hopefully you guys understood the point . Customer service comes first in all businesses. So all luck with that .
