I went in to get a paint color I had bought 2 and a 1/2 years ago and it wasn't in stock so the young man set check the other stores and found that there was one on the far West side of town. I told him I would pick a different shade of white because I didn't want to go out there. But he said that he lived that way and would pick one up for me on Tuesday. That kind of service goes above and beyond, and I hope he is recognized for that. They also helped me open a sample I'd previously purchased there. I would highly recommend this store & the 2 employees who assisted me

The tall Hispanic woman that manages this store was very informative and nice. She was moving very quickly to help customers. She maintained the same level of professionalism and kindness with each customer. The quality of the paint here is outstanding. Way better than what I get from Home Depot ?

Sales associate Jamal was fantastic with answering my question over the phone. I am on the East Coast and I’m working on a project that I needed an answer. My store has already shut down for Saturday afternoon.

We are a condo community that had some issues 4 years after we painted with a Sherwin Williams (SW) product. After contacting the upper management in the greater Phx area, two individuals reached out to assist us - Mac and Jason. It was clear that the warranty for the paint had lapsed years ago however they were committed to find some midground to make our community happy. That process began October 2021 and is finalizing this week (June 2022). It was apparent that the application of the original product was not consistently applied, however that painting company took no responsibility leaving us only with Sherwin Williams to make things right. Jason and Mac made commitments providing our community made some commitments also. Using a preferred painting company of SW at a discounted price, our community has a new facelift with all the product provided by SW at no cost. Since beginning this project, several other outside projects have committed to use only SW products. We thank SW, specifically Jason and Mac, for going out of their way to make 150 owners happy and can be assured that our next painting project in the future will be with SW products. Great work Sherwin Williams! Being a Buckeye, I knew you would come through! Please acknowledge Jason and Mac for doing over and above. Community Manager Steve

Came to Jamal with a very technical problem we had on a paint match that I had messed up. He didn't bat an eye and knew exactly how to get me what I needed. I was afraid I was going to have to repurchase the paint. If I had gone somewhere else I probably would have. This was all for one gallon of paint for touchups. Thanks Jamal your the man!!!
