Had the privilege of having my vehicle repaired by Scott's Coach Works. Overall extremely satisfied with their customer service and they did an impeccable job on my repairs. Victor was extremely professional and kept me updated through every step of the job. He is very knowledgeable and I recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much!

Excellent customer service. Victor kept me in the loop every step of the repair process. Was very professional and knowledgeable. Lengthyprocess but you can't rush greatness. Upon receiving vehicle after repair, very impressed with the work that was done. Paint looks amazing! My Lexus looks better than when I bought it! Highly recommend Scott's Coach Works. Hopefully never need to go through this again but if for some reason I do, I'm definitely using Scott's Coach Works again.

Bianca and Sandy at Scott's were very responsive to any questions I had. I have used Scott's Coach Works in the past and I have always had a good experience with their workmanship - as I did this time also. I never hesitate to recommend them to anyone who cares about the workmanship on their vehicle.

They want to tear your car apart to make sure that there's no hidden damage but, that just to make sure you cant drive the car off now that its disabled. They say that they work with insurance companies and they do but, whatever the insurance doesn't want to pay for you pay out of your pocket. Buyer beware

I have had both of my Mercedes vehicles repaired at Scott's and have been entirely pleased with both the work performed and the level of customer service. Victor has always kept me updated through the entire process, has handled all of the interactions with the insurance company, and has always had the vehicle ready when promised. I completely recommend Scott's for repair work on luxury vehicles.

Thank you to Scott’s Coach Works for fixing my car in a timely manner, and being so responsive the whole time, especially Paul Romero. Big shoutout to the detailers, the car has never looked so clean, I couldn’t find any dirt both inside and out. Highly recommend going there!

We worked with Victor Solis who helped us navigate a difficult insurance situation. Victor was readily responsive to our questions and requests, keeping us in the loop when the insurance company kept us in the dark. He was familiar with our make and model of car and the type of damage it sustained. His initial visual assessment was spot on and prepared us for what to expect as an outcome. He was correct almost down to the penny. All the employees we dealt with at Scott's Coach Works were professional, friendly, and informative.

Great staff. Brenton, Victor and Derek are super helpful. They really went to bat for me when the insurance company didn't want to pay for certain things or use aftermarket parts. Got my truck back quickly and in proper condition. Only body shop in the valley I'll recommend.

Outstanding customer service !! I can not say enough good about Victor at Scott's Coach works. After accidently popping the front passenger bumper covering, I went through their quoting process and got a follow up call by Victor. I pointed out that is was only 4" of damage on the bumper edge. Victor asked that i drive over for him to take a look at the damage first hand. Not only did Victor offer the option of simply gluing the cover but he did the actual work at NO COST!!! Car look great !! I definitely will be repeat customer in the future !!!!

Scott’s Coach Works and Victor took extreme care of myself and my car. When a lifted truck side swiped me a couple weeks ago, Scott’s took on the mission to repair my car. With my cars color I was super nervous about how it would match with the rest of the car due to it being a crazy color. But everyone here at Scott’s was able to get the job done and even in only 4 days!! Thank you again Victor and the rest of the team. Definitely recommend!
