My favorite wine bar! I recommend this spot to anyone and everyone! The ambience is unmatched whether you come in during the day or at night the vibes and energy are immaculate! The staff are always kind and give the best recommendations! I ordered the Sancerre rose and it's crisp and refreshing! Skip the glass order the bottle especially if you're sharing with friends! The bread and butter is a must! When I saw it was $9 I said heck no but then I tried it and trust me you will order it EVERY TIME! I wasn't a fan of the popcorn it was really stale & nothing special. Staff informed me that on Wednesdays they have pizza so I'll definitely be back to check that out!

LOVE. Absolutely gorgeous decor / cozy atmosphere inside a historic building, incredibly delicious food (got the cheese platter and the bread and butter, and highly recommend them both), and a good selection of awesome wines. Great service. Being a French transplant, I love that this business was inspired by my home country. There is a patio for those warmer days, but you can't go wrong with grabbing one of the comfy couches inside, or grabbing a stool at the bar.

It took me a minute to catch on, but Sauvage is now my go to spot. The service, curated wines and atmosphere are ?? Also please, all the sapphic energy that oozes from that place, I cannot Whether I am there solo, listening to music in my headphones on the couch or being obnoxious with my bestie in the back room, I am here for every bit of it. Thanks for being the best Sauvage ?

The only spot in the valley I’ll go to for natural wine. Extremely helpful management and quality product. If you know what’s up, you shop at sauvage.

This place is absolutely charming. The wine list is well curated and very hip/modern with plenty of natural wines and bubbly. Atmosphere is cute and cozy within the old house. The staff was all amazingly attentive and nice. Definitely going back and will be our neighborhood favorite.

More than happy to come back here over and over. The service is great, the wine is delicious, and the ambiance is everything I could ask for and then some. We went on a warm sunny day (surprise, Phoenix!) and the place got an incredible amount of natural light that was easy on the eyes. We ordered some popcorn and olives to enjoy with our wine - absolutely no regrets. The entire staff was incredibly kind. More than happy to return again and again.

This spot is for true wine lovers! In not super into wine but tried out their riesling option and it was good! They have small bites but luckily we went on a day that they had a pizza pop up and it's was good too, the middle was a bit underdone. We thought for our buck it was better to buy the bottle than glasses of wine.

This place is really cute and cozy with a really nice lighting and decor. We ordered the “charcuterie board” but it was mostly salami, pickles and crackers that’s was it. The white wine was great but pricey.
