They were very rude to me when I would ask simple questions. Probably because the color of my skin, cant think of another reason. I was polite and my questions were legit about an item in a glass case which i couldnt observe on my own or even see the price of. Theres plenty of other toy stores on this block with better customer service.

I’ve been here twice, but after this past weekend I’ll never go back. The bald dude has a crappy attitude and body language as he seemed annoyed anytime I asked a question. The amount they offer for trading in items is almost disrespectful and laughable….i brought 5 Dragonball figures (2 of them were brand new and sealed) and I wanted to trade toward a figure they’ve had sitting for MONTHS and for $150 OPEN THAT THEY RESEALED AND TAPED!!!! bald dude offered me $85 trade in credit. I instead tried to offer 2 pre owned figs for a $45 figure as a trade and the bald guy says “oh its never gonna be an even swap here I’ll give you $30 store credit”….

I'm leaving this review for my husband who keeps procrastinating on leaving one himself. I didn't get the names of the gentleman who helped us but they were extremely helpful and accommodating. They really went above and beyond on customer service and helped my husband acquire a spare Nintendo 64 controller that for some reason he was having a hard time finding (idk anything about video games or systems). There were a lot of really cute collectible items and vintage games and toys. Would definitely recommend and will visit again with my kids next time ☺️.

Awesome collectables store. Very wide mix with a big selection of Pop figurines. They have a small back room with horror, VHS tapes and old arcade machines. They have old to modern video games, Pokemon toys, Dragonball figures, Power Rangers, Transformers and lot of other fandoms to add to your collection.

Probably one of the worst toy stores in the area place smells of mildew and is always humid inside. Everything is over priced worst part is the employees they don’t greet you when you walk in and the old bald headed white man on numerous occasions has been extremely rude and since I know yall ask for examples here’s a few when looking up a toy to see more detail on it he yelled “you’re not going to find it any cheaper anywhere else” another occasion was when asked for a price in a display case “are you actually going to buy it or you just want to know the how much it cost” and the most recent was today when checking out the register kept declining our card the employee helping us had stated they been having issues with chase bank cards all day we responded with that’s crazy we just used said card instead of apologizing for the inconvenience this mad said “yeah that’s probably why” like sir mind your business and get your register fixed

They got a lot of cool collectibles. I went there on a vintage games search they are worth checking out. Especially if you're looking for collectibles.

Love this place. Tri Force is more than just a video game store, they carry both new and pre-owned collectibles, t-shirts, video games, music, movies, Lego box sets, action figures, stuffed animals, cards, cups, mugs hats and more. On my most recent trip into Tri Force I found a Yoshi T-shirt for my kid old for only $5, what a score! This t-shirt was priced about the same as a good will thrift store and I didn't have to scour racks and racks of uninteresting tshirts to find the gem, and everything here is a gem if you're into video game themed collectibles. My favorite part about this shop is the back room, they have about four arcade games that are open for free play. My son and I love coming in to play Mario, ninja turtles, and Mrs. Pac-Man, and all for the low price of $0. It's the free arcade games that get me through the door and the reasonably priced collectibles and games here that get me to spend my money.
