Rude employees that are of no help. I spend over 1000 per month at Sam's club. I spent 2 hours shopping. $900.00 in the cart. My debit card had a crack and their c.c. reader wouldn't read it. No tap to pay. No Google pay. Rude employee told me to scan and go. I only have a flip phone. I live180 miles away off grid. The lady was so rude and told us to leave and they would put everything back. I went to Costco who I don't particularly like and signed up for a membership. Filled my cart up and used tap to pay. The sams manager could have manually entered my card info but chose to be rude. 20 years or more as a Sam's club customer I guess is coming to a close. Big businesses should understand the we don't need them they need us. We can always go somewhere else.

I had a rough time obtaining my Club card information, because of an issue on Instacart’s end. I had my new membership id with Sam’s club connected to my Instacart account. I cancelled that membership with them, to buy straight from Sam’s Club. But the information didn’t transfer. Regina from Member Services was so patient and helpful in getting the information for me. She even let me use a charger so my phone didn’t die. I found everything I needed grocery wise. I am confident that I made the right decision to switch to Sam’s Club!

The lines are ridiculously long for both the checkout lanes *and* even the food court. After a 15 minute wait in line to simply buy food at the food court, the cashier refused to sell me either of the whole pizzas in the warmer that were there in *addition* to several partial pizzas that would have still left plenty to sell as slices. He then had the audacity to say that it would be a THIRTY minute wait for a whole pizza.

Manager was no help, made me wait 10 minutes to check out because I’m not a “premium member “Would highly recommend not shopping at Sam’s club. I plan on never returning. Stick to Costco!

Cafe was closed an hour early. I asked why and was greeted with a rude manager. I spend so much money here I should be able to BUY MY $3 PIZZA

Horrible!!!! I have purchased my tires here on a few occasions. Unfortunately, I have gotten a nail in a tire. I found out that you must have an appointment in order to get it fixed. Now how silly is that? If I could drive around with a flat for a couple days do you think anyone would. I was told they do not make same day appointments. And if I wanted to walk in they may or may not accommodate me. How unreal is this? If I could predict a flat for tomorrow, I'll be all set.

Had problems checking out asked for help told don't work in this area attitude problem got help didn't know what was going on wouldn't take my card attitude stinks worked in retail customer service was top I guess not with you when time to renew I might not been with Sam's for years
