Very satisfied with our move to State Farm. The process was fairly easy and there was a healthy cadence of communication as we were walked through the process. In the end, State Farm provided a better rate for better coverage so we are satisfied. We cannot comment on the claim process yet but based on what we have seen so far, I anticipate that will also be a positive experience.

I've been shopping around for insurance for my home, auto and umbrella policies for a week or so. By far, the most prompt and detailed agent was Heather in Sam Winter's office. She was on top of things, very efficient and got the job done for me in a rush.
She promptly answered all my emails. I am looking forward to working with this agency as they now processed my policies.

Heather was polite, flexible with scheduling and easy to work with. She answered all my questions at sign up. I paid for 6 months in full. After receiving my renewal email, I noticed a slight increase. I reached out to inquire about why and have yet to receive a response (it’s been 4 days, whereas she usually responded within hours). I’ve never had to file a claim so can’t speak on that aspect. I won’t renew with them based on the lack of response/explanation.
Edit: After seeing the response, I did call to inquire about the increase. The rep seemed annoyed that I’d question such a small increase, then immediately blamed it on inflation ?.
