I’m an avid thrifter. I’ve been thrifting for almost 20 years. In all of my travels and experiences with thrift stores, this is one of the worst stores I’ve ever encountered - not because of the selection, which is okay, but because of staff and store policies. The older grumpy woman working here was so dismissive and disrespectful towards me, even after I was kind to her before our conversation. She very coldly informed me that there are no fitting rooms and that returns aren’t allowed.I quickly removed myself from her bad vibes and talked to the other woman working, who was nice. She said I would be able to try clothes on over my own clothes, which I did. The whole time, the other woman was clearly talking about me with other staff, judging, and probably assuming I would shoplift. There are no signs suggesting that the fitting rooms are closed, so they either haven’t gotten around to putting them up or they made a rule especially for me based on my appearance. It’s getting to the point where I feel like I have to hold my potential purchases high in the air so that people can see I’m not stealing anything. I will often offer to put my things on the counter just to avoid any obnoxious suspicions of shoplifting.I regret spending $30 dollars here. I like my clothes, but I feel like the items are tainted with the bad experience I had.If you really wanted to help people, Salvo, your DONATED inventory would be free to people who need it. At the very least, you’d allow fitting rooms or returns so that the impoverished people you claim to serve don’t end up wasting the little money they do have.

Dropped 50lbs in 3 months due to personal reason, and had to buy an entire new wardrobe. LOVE this store. I've gotten Ralph Loren jeans with the tags still on, Ann Taylor, Vera Wang, Lucky, and so much more. I've purchased a wardrobe that would probably equal $5000 for around $200. There is something to be said about the night manager though. One busy night she started screaming at a woman because her little girl went into a dressing room that wasn't supposed to be open but the door was open. She was yelling and screaming for her daughter to get out. Then kicked her out. The girl was like 10. Trauma! She either m needs an attitude adjustment or they need to let her go. Every night that I've been there, at 7:30pm, she basicallyl says, " bring your items to the register or you will leave without your stuff because I'll close the register." I'm a substance use counselor now, but a veteran retail manager, he behavior is unacceptable. I keep forgetting to call about her though. Who tramatizes a 10 year old girl?

Went in looking for something specific. Kisha (I might be spelling it wrong) was super friendly and helpful. I appreciated her taking the time to talk with me.

I was excited to go here. I’ve heard so many great things about the Salvation Army, but my experience once there was horrible. I went to both donate & shop. Shopping it was just dark and depressing inside. No one had a smile on their face and it was very run down and dirty. When I was done shopping, I didn’t buy anything, and ready to drop off my donations all the staff had disappeared and after walking around looking for someone, for about 30 minutes, I found someone on his cell phone in the office and I stood there waiting for him to acknowledge me for another 30 minutes. Then when I asked him where I could donate my items he told me that they don’t take them in the store I have to go around back and take them there. I didn’t have an issue with taking my donations back there just had and issue with staff being MIA then once I found someone waiting 30 minutes to be acknowledged.

Definitely my favorite thrift store. Not overcrowded everytime I go and I like their pricing system. Always find amazing items!

This store was immaculate and well organized with really nice displays. I thought the available furniture was of decent quality and very reasonably priced. I came in looking for flower pots a scored a couple of pretty ones. They also had a number of nice decorative items that caught my eye and they were hard to resist, especially since I was actually in the store because I am trying to downsize and had just dropped off a donation. My cashier was friendly and pointed out another planter I had missed. This is a good spot to get furnishings for those just starting out.

I wish we got the experience others have gotten. We went to donate clothes and 1. It was so dark in the store it just felt depressing being there. 2. The lady didn't even know what to do with our donations and gave 0 instruction other than "put them over there in the corner on the floor" kind of gross to me. Then when asked a few questions we were just ignored. And 3. When walking around (keeping in mind it is a thrift store) it was just depressing and mostly older women and men clothes. Just wasn't what we expected.

Kinda out of the way. I drive past it, turned around. Inside it's a little bit run down and feels like a thrift store. It's a large store. And they have a lot of items to offer. I bought several things. I love thrift shopping ?

Fun place to browse for vintage treasures and name brands, if you’re willing to take the time to look through a huge selection of items. Organized by books, home items, and clothes categories. Prices vary from below retail to real bargain!

Help me understand what closing the dressing rooms has to do with covid? Nobody there was wearing a mask apparently they're not that concerned! That's ridiculous!
