Got a great haircut from Kels. Loved all I learned about styling my hair at home too. Everone at the salon was very nice and love the online booking option. Highly recommend for curly haircuts.

The work this salon provides is five stars. They are specialized in curly hair which is great. We will be returning but I do believe it is worth being transparent. Our stylist was Kels.
The only reason I would mark this down a star is because our artist cancelled within an hour of our first time customer appointment on a Saturday morning. I understand getting sick, but even the night before as a notice would have been thoughtful. It was not considerate as with curly hair cuts you are expected to prep the hair before. Imagine doing an hour of prep just to be cancelled on last minute. This was in preparation for a very important event and just caused additional emotional strain.

i booked an appointment and got called 2 hours before saying it got cancelled i checked her instagram to book another appointment and she posted her client i was told she didn’t go in because she felt sick 🤦🏻♀️

Was super excited for a curly hair appointment and my daughter was also booked for a haircut, both of us we not satisfied with our cuts and had to return a week later. The young girl who did my daughter hair did a great job but she was not the original stylist but I got my original stylist and she was clearly offended that I came back even though she said that if I wanted more cut off that I was welcome to come back well during the second appointment she was very dismissive and proceeded to just snip my hair at random completely disregarding my natural part and now it’s random lengths and completely thinned out in the front. Will never go back because it’s basically a fancy salon that has JUST GRADUATED FROM HAIR SCHOOLS at a extremely expensive price

Best Salon! I was hesitant on going for a while but then finally booked my first appointment and haven’t looked back since. I have curly hair so I book with Sue but every stylist is genuine and works wonders!

Unfortunately, I'll never return after over 10 years of being a dedicated client. I'd consider finding a different salon. Bad changes since new owners took over.

Really liked this place and my hair dresser no hard feelings to her. I booked a blow dry and straighten and got a small trim to just cut a few mm of hair and shape it. I was going to Vegas for the weekend and just wanted to get glamorous. Woke up the next morning after taking precautions and buying a silk bonnet and pillowcase and my hair was completely fried and just ruined. Cried my eyes out the next morning because I thought it would look good for at least the weekend as the stylist said if I took care of it , it could last the week. Ended up putting my hair up and paid almost 200$ for this before the tip. I called and left a message heard no response due to them not being open. Had to call again and the receptionist said the manager saw it and was going to call me soon. I ended up getting that call from the manager Nico and it was so disappointing. Not only was she entirely rude about everything but refused it was their fault at all stating the hair dresser confirmed she used a low heat. Only offered me a 27$ refund due to that being the cost of the blow dry and straighten even though my appointment was based off that so not understanding how it was a 130$+ haircut when I barely even trimmed it. She the. Stated I could go in for a treatment if it was damaged but she didn't think it was. I am so disappointed as I had just recently started going and felt as though it was not taken care of whatsoever. I had to go to another hair dresser who I paid to completely cut my hair and treat it even he agreed it was fried and just poorly treated. I have naturally curly hair and really liked how they treated me with my hair. I called and asked if they could straighten it before and was promised they could but unfortunately the job was not up to par. Never going back they lost 2 customers who were really looking forward to a hair journey.

Amazing salon and Alicia is the BEST at blonde. I’ve been a platinum violet blonde for years, but until I started seeing her I couldn’t get my hair healthy enough to grow. It’s now halfway down my back. Thank you, Alicia and thanks to your wonderful staff.

I was a new customer today and I couldn’t be happier. I saw Cassidy and she was so friendly and kind. I was having trouble with my curly hair and needed it cut and colored. She did such a great job! I feel like my hair is so much more under control now and she worked with my curls and made them manageable for me. She listened to my concerns and I’m very pleased with her work. I’ll be back for sure!

Kells was great! (She also had an assistant whose name I cannot remember, but she was also very good!) She talked me through everything she did. I was a little shocked by how defined my curls were after the cut and style. I will definitely be returning to her for my curly maintenance.

I booked a last minute opening with Kells last week. I really needed some help with the shape and layers for my curly hair and I was just so frustrated with it. She cut and styled it and i am OBSESSED. My hair is just perfect and im so happy with it. The stylist Cassidy also helped style and she was very kind and helpful. The salon is lovely and everyone is incredibly helpful and friendly including Niko who helped me book the appointment. I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you to everyone for your help!

I've been seeing Sue here for a few years now and my curls never looked better! I also have seen Emma here too for cuts and color and she does an incredible job, too! Love the salon and all the girlies there!

Noel is great. I love this place, she taught me how to style my curls and did a very cute hair cut to fit my face. I went back a second time and actually added some color in my hair, I've only rocked black hair, my natural color. I was a bit nervous, but Noel was great and professional. I love my new highlights, I added some red and I couldn't be happier.
