I can’t say much about the rest of the staff at Saks, but my shopping experience with Clarence in women’s shoes and Dwayne in Fendi was fantastic! They were knowledgeable, charismatic, and made my spouse and I feel welcome.

I felt comfortable at Saks... though slightly less welcome than at Neiman Marcus Fashion Square which is my usual choice. They offer similar options. Very few of the employees said hello. I made 2 fragrance purchases with different employees and shopped in the shoe department. Nobody really acknowledged me in shoes. At Neimans they are so friendly and helpful that I was a bit disappointed in the customer service at saks. I still made two purchases and enjoyed engaging with the employees who helped me at Saks. .... but felt a bit sad I wasn't at Neiman Marcus with my favorite fragrance person, Damian. I would go back to Saks, but would have preferred to find my "Saks Person " during my visit. My "person" at Neiman Marcus sent me samples in the mail and remembered me on future visits- that is really remarkable and set the bar high. I didn't feel I was getting that at Saks. Saks is a beautiful store. A bit more personal touch and I would rate 5 stars

Horrible horrible customer service… not worth your time as far as trying to acquire a luxury shopping experience. No one offers you a bottle of water. You basically have to beg somebody to get attention because everyone is standing around on their phones and the manager has no concept of treating people with respect. Save your hard earned money, and go to a place that treats you with respect.

LIES, & absolutely reprehensible behavior from multiple employees. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever been a part of. I came into the store to return a $500+ wallet I had been gifted a few moths ago (remember this as it is an important detail) that was now falling apart. I was immediately told "we do not accept any returns that have been used" after showing the poor quality and durability of the product I was told to "go look for customer service around the corner" which I was later told "We dont really have customer service here, its more of a back of house thing" after explaining and showing a "manager", another employee (an older lady from another department walking by) stopped and interrupted us stating that she remembered me. She then said that she was the one that helped me with this purchase but I was now brining a different item back. This was a blatant lie because It was my girlfriend that purchased this item for me and I had NEVER seen nor dealt with that particular employee. After I brought this to everybody's attention the employee said something under her breath I can only assume was a rude or derogatory remark and walked away.I am just blown away that this is the type of service that is acceptable from this establishment.I will absolutely be contacting the BBB, as well as any other source to ensure this is dealt with and is not allowed to continue.In the meantime, save your time and a headache and shop ANYWHERE ELSE than here.INCREDIBLY DISGUSTED.

THE ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - IM AM TELLING YOU AVOID THIS COMPANY - I placed an order online which qualified for a gift card, I entered the promo code at checkout and it wasn't working. Contacted customer service for help, received a response to contact them later, I contacted them a second time was told my issue was escalated and I would hear back in 3-5 days, a week goes by no response. I went into the store and they said nope, can't help you, call this number. I called the number and it was incorrect sent me to an insurance company. It has now been 3 weeks with no response, I contacted customer service again and they either just stop responding or say sorry not eligible anymore. Completely incompetent and an absolute joke. Im telling you avoid this company, stop giving them your money and business, they don't deserve to be in business.

Worst customer service I been there 3 times at Chanel store I bought 3 purses from there ,when you walk in they don’t even say hi to you and when I asked to see the purse they look at you down like you don’t have money to buySpecial the guy is manager not friendly at all I saw him 3 times still act so mean,don’t even said one word to me ,just look at me every step I walk ,if this store be nice and good service I will go there more oftenAnd I like the purse there is very nice but service make me don’t want to go back now
