It's a nice store to shop at and go to. But no one is solving the homeless problem outside and inside their store. People just stuff their pockets and shirts and walk out. Staff are targeting the wrong people. I was followed around a lot and even questioned and asked what I was doing. This seems like racial profiling to me. As I'm being asked, someone walks out with money's worth of stuff. The staff aren't very friendly and have an attitude. They talk to me with stupidity like they don't know their job.

DO NOT eat here. Susan behind the Food counter dropped my piece of chicken on a dirty tray and put it in my bag thinking I didn’t see her. Just totally disgusting. I cant imagine what’s done when no one’s looking.

I can’t complain. Very clean and stock up. Meat dept always nice and stock up. I like a gentle man know there different type of meat . Thanks to Richard in the meat dept he’s very helpful . Flowers dept. big selection a lot of flowers. Blanca always super nice. Monica cashier she always takes her time to help me out. Never gets in a hurry or rushes. Very patient. Chris , works for customer service . When I have a problem. With my grocery list. He catches on fast. I get back a few dollars saving . Only one red flag I can say . Two elderly men work for cashier’s. Are not friendly. I just avoid going to there register. I rather do self check out. Thank you Safeway keeping your store so clean lit up with bright lights in your store. .

Used to be our go-to but i don't trust it anymore. First mishap we experienced was bringing home a dip where the security seal was open. The customer service almost didn't let us return it even though we had come back with the receipt and we had to vouch for ourselves. Now, I took home a pack of cheese sticks and after eating a few during the week, I've been getting sick. Didn't make a relation. Then, I bit into a terrible tasting one and saw that the package expired a month ago. I could've been more vigilant but when buying stuff that's on the floor I don't expect there to be expired food for sale. I understand mistakes are made every so often but the quality control needs work.

The Safeway at 7th Ave and Osborne has had all of its employees masked for at least 2-3 months at this point, contrary to a two week old review that claims otherwise.
A couple months ago, a few vendors in the store were not masked, but since the city has mandated masks, they too are masked.

Clean store. Has the groceries I need. Convenient and reasonably safe. I like the wings bar. Self checkout is reasonable.

Normally the customer service at this location is spot on. But over the weekend of May 4-5, there was lady managing the self check out area. She was sooo rude it was unbelievable. I asked what was the code of the bagels to see if she could give me assistance. Instead of helping me out, she proceeded to tell me that needed to look for my dang self. After this interaction, she the goes helps other customers as nothing. The whole time watching the employee work at the self checkout she was EXTREMELY rude towards ANY women customers and only would be nice and sweet towards the men. This was the WORST INTERACTION I have ever had and unfortunately I don’t wouldn’t want to return to this store due their poor customer service.

Came to Safeway at 7th Avenue and Osborn for some fresh vegetables. The fruit & vegetable department was clean and the food looked fresh. Everything was fine until we did the self checkout. There were at least 8 people waiting for a "help is on the way" person. We were waiting 6 - 7 minutes before a Safeway associate came to assist. It wouldn't have been so bad but the manager on duty, Kyle C, walked by twice and didn't bother to take notice of all of the "help needed" lights blinking! Waiting 6 - 7 minutes to pay for 96 cents of corn is unacceptable! If good customer service is not important to you then this store is alright.

Don’t get custom cakes from here. Not only were the people at the bakery snippy, I was convinced to change the entire cake color scheme because the “color tasted bad” but the biggest thing was they did not write the correct phrase on the cake, even though pictures were shown of what i wanted and it was written down on their intake letter. When they “fixed it” they literally scraped it off and didn’t even write it in cursive? Looks like i did it myself. Won’t be back
