My favorite neighborhood grocery store! It is small, so the selection isn’t huge, but I always find what I need between here and Costco. Randy and Monica are great cashiers and I enjoy the updates that they have done in the past few months (new carts, security gates)

Prices sky high but the store was pretty nice with like 6 self checkouts, the line was very quick especially for the 6:30 pm after work crowd.

Bad service when I went to have the app's specials valid, the man just started saying blah blah blah, I don't even know if they are special people because he started making fun of my half way or making him understand in English #racism_discrimination ??

If you do not have the proper packaging for a customer to take home a tall baby cake from the bakery, then you should stop making them or order some appropriate packaging. By the time I got home from my five minute drive my cake was completely destroyed, sliding around in the stupid box that the lid won’t even close on top of it. How ridiculous. What a waste of my time and money.

Store is not as large as other Safeways. But staff is very helpful. More like a neighborhood grocer

I ordered from the online app and received my items very promptly! But there were a few items missing from the order. After ordering flash delivery and getting a driver to come out it was quite frustrating as one may see it. I called the store and got in touch with customer service and an amazingly happy individual named Aaron (you could tell he was smiling through the phone) answered and quickly got me over to the delivery department. I was greeted by a girl that seemed very inclined to help. I believe she walked the store and then found “my missing bag”! My items were already refunded via the app but it was the delivery process and payment that discouraged me at this point. She said she could send out the bag pronto free of charge. With that said, I asked since there would be a driver on the way can I add to my order and I’ll repay for everything if the obstacle of delivery fees could be covered?
Now let me explain, I’m very new to ordering groceries for delivery, let alone having to shop for them online. I like to be up close the food. Recently I got into an unexpected car accident and my car is immobile for the moment. The process of obtaining groceries has been tough. So in this case I missed a few items (one being a whole planned meal) and also the one item (baby Bella mushrooms) which made me even begin my order today at Safeway.
In the end I was transferred to a manager named Kyle and he blew me away. This gentlemen basically or should I say he did, say yes to all my requests. He sent out the missed bag snd all the extras on a dime.
Everything about this experience was handled professionally and with extreme finesse. From the moment I called to the complete end. Everyone loves to hear more yes’s in these kinds of situations and this team found a way. In my culinary/customer service career, I myself am prideful of a great customer experience. These individuals should be proud of how they demonstrated such a service on what was just a normal day on the job. This is definitely something that is consistent in these ones, my gratitude and respect!

Went to pick up my order @ curbside & was unable to text that I had arrived. Called the number on the sign & got 2 different answers. Sometimes it answered the mail box hadn’t been set up. Sometimes it answered “ Welcome to Verizon wireless. The person you’re calling is not available……”
I use Curbside Pickup because it hurts to walk, but I had to walk into the store, stand at the customer service desk until someone showed up and then walk back to my car.
This is not the first time I’ve had trouble at the store. Once before they gave me someone else’s entire order together. When I called and asked him to bring me my order, they said I would have to come back to the store.
I’ll try shopping at another location.

The lines were so long they were stretching half way down the aisles. Trying to save a few bucks on employees will cost you dearly in customers. I just left my shopping cart behind, used to be a great store.
