My wife needed work shoes for her job as a RN. The staff were awesome. They measured her up and gave recommendations. They brought out several pairs for her to try. She wound up getting a pair of Brooks. Excellent experience. We will be back. Thank you.

Very helpful workers and knowledgeable. Was told Iam flat footed and was recommended PowerStep insoles and have been feeling a lot better. My wife purchased some shoes in the wrong size and they shipped them to us with return label. Highly recommended

I have such a hard time finding a pair of shoes that fit properly and won't hurt my feet. I came here and the rep take a look at my feet and measured me and listen to my complaints about not being able to find shoes And fit me for a great pair of shoes!!

The experience was amazing. I was assisted by Andy and his customer service skills were unmatched!!! I have terrible ankles. He listened, and brought out 3 pairs. Purchased the Brooks Beast. Amazing stability and comfort.

The staff is so friendly and has such comfy shoes, however, I find that the shoe options are quite limited in terms of brands and colors. Still, I had no trouble finding the perfect shoes for exercising!

I bought 2 pairs of shoes for me (Hoka Bondi 8 & Brooks Addiction Walker 2) and a pair of Brooks Addiction Walker 2 for my sister on my 1st visit to Runners Den on 6/26/24 for my east coast trip. While replacing the insoles on Brooks shoes w/ Dr. Scholls' insoles, I was very surprised to see LOTS of dog hair on them. I even used packaging tape to get the dog hairs out and realized, Runners Den sold me NOT ONLY a USED pair of Brooks Addiction Walker 2, which was returned on 6/29/24, but also with insoles from different brands ("CUSHION" (left) & "BROOKS" (right))!!! The attached photos were taken AFTER I cleaned them using packaging tape. Luckily, my sister's Brooks shoes were NEW pairs of shoes. I'm very disappointed especially that the Runners Den was recommended by my podiatrist from Phoenix Foot and Ankle.

You're paying a bit more but this is the kind of small business I don't mind spending 5% more for. They're knowledgeable. They're helpful. And they don't push anything on you. Highly recommend for trail shoes, hokas, anything to keep you comfortable on your feet!
