Ross is a store that has great discounts on household goods , toys , art , clothing, auto, pet supplies , etc. Store is clean and check out is quick.

I haven't been in this store for about a year mainly because it seemed like no matter what time of the day it is there was a line to check out, so I was pleasantly surprised that when I went to check out it took about 5 minutes without a long line ???

I came here for the weekend to get shoes and some clothes for kids we found a few items not all but they have good selections but not that great it's all luck I know it depends on when they re-stock the store. For the fitting room we have two people checking everything before they let us in like every one is stealing even though we have two items they act like we have 10 or 20 with us other than that everything is good. I recommend this location and it's clean.

CHECK YOUR TAGS BEFORE YOUR LEAVE THIS LOCATION. Not only will they lie about tags but refuse to change it for you because of their mistake VERONICA AND HER ASSISTANT MINION OR WHO EVER BUT THEY SEEM TO BE RUNNING A CIRCUS they seem to not know who is the manager that day or not. Worst customer service ever. VERONICA will rip the tags off so you can’t return items and Neven will take the heat for her. Don’t come to this Ross not only is the custom service disgusting but the manager does not respect their customers. I’d be damn if my stores manager didn’t respect my clients.

The older lady that works in the fitting room asked Me and my daughter to put away our clothing( that we did not want) that we tried on. And today I won't by and the cashier was very rude her associate id is 2389972 has absolutely no. Customer service skills very rude. I just wanted to, and I was there about two weeks ago And the lady that was putting away clothes in the junior section went everywhere Me and my daughter went and started just coughing on us.
