Don’t come here if you want to be harassed your whole visit. Brandon ( i asked the cashier at the end for his name) the security guard followed me around the whole store that I felt uncomfortable and left before I found what I needed. If you think I’m being crazy, once I got to the register he stood by the register and suddenly no longer needed to patrol the store. Very convenient. I understand loss prevention is a huge issue at Ross’ but never in my life have I ever felt so uncomfortable at a Ross. I am uneasy as I write this. Do better. Loss prevention? More like driving away sales.

Waiting for the day that I can shop here without being constantly followed around the store. I was trying to shop for my mother’s birthday and couldn’t even shop in peace because multiple loss prevention following me around on their radios . I shop here on a regular basis and this continues to happen. This is very uncomfortable for me .Today I ended up just putting everything back and leaving.

Okay prices. Interesting items here, but damnnnn the amount of shoppers here is always ridiculous. The lines were over packed on the people getting their be blood pressure up, it all was good by the checking out. Glad we all made it out of here happy still.

Came to Ross as I normally do spend hundreds of dollars at this store. Every time I come I seem to have a bad experience. Today my daughter and I came in and immediately My daughter fell in love with the heated pillow pouch plushies. They were $30!! We were purchasing two and many other items. While standing in line noticed one of the pillow pouch was missing its heating pad from inside. Instead of just grabbing one from another pillow pouch, I spoke with the manager on duty Adina and asked if we could just take one from another due to it being missing and there was no other pillows like this. She told us no they could not do that. Why do all the honest people suffer? I think anyone else would have just switched it out without asking. That's what I get for being honest. Thanks Adina what a great manager!!

It's a clean store but smaller than most. The men's clothing isn't up to standards especially the dress pants. Other than that, seemed the prices were good.
