The staff and associates are extremely nice, helpful, friendly, and provide uniquely outstanding customer service. It is a dedicated and community friendly location where everyone feels safe. While lines can sometimes be long, it never fails to provide a great shopping experience with a great selection of items each day.
Stopped in and to return some shoes that didn't work out, were very uncomfortable and hurt my feet and the cashier graciously refunded me. Thank you for the great customer service.

Whenever I need home goods I always try Ross first. I usually find different things, not always on the first visit, but I keep looking.
