As many years as I been in love with Ross.. I probably won’t be a customer anymore . I don’t know if this was just for today or new rules or just for this location. But after I paid for my items the staff mentioned they do bag checks ? Number 1 if I have paid for my items and the check out is right in front by the security along cameras you probably have in the front. why am I being asked to looked inside of my bags and have my receipt checked like ima criminal or something. The staff are amazing here but management needs to figure out something else. That completely turned me off

Loves the place but not the alarm constantly ringing in kids shoes section yesterday..my 6 yr old is autistic and has serious noise sensory issues..so it's loudly annoying to u or I but to her it's 100 times louder. I said something and the girl shut it off for 4 mins..the it blarred again..we left my child was holding hee ears saying please make it stop ouuuucchhhh hheellpp mee..we walked out..
