Very messy. I know most Ross stores can be messy but this one was just beyond the normal standard even for Ross. Security was so busy watching me do my shopping he failed to see a lady who was obviously shoplifting. Nice to be noticed but this was creepy.

Be better at moving the customers faster in line to pay for their items because you'll always want to know why customers put items all over the place and all employees have to work more harder
