I am very pleased with my experience at Roosevelt Square Apartments. These apartments are in the perfect location and are beautiful! Carlos has assisted me from the start and has been incredibly professional and helpful. He has explained everything very clearly and has let me know what my different options are. This has helped me to decide what type of unit would be good for me. He is also very friendly and easy to deal with.
I would also like to send a shout out for Michelle. I also dealt with her and she was very knowledgeable, friendly and really helpful!
I highly recommend Roosevelt Square Apartments! Thank you to both of you!

I cannot thank Michelle, Jordan and Carlos enough for working with me to make returning, after about 10 years to Roosevelt Square soon such a pleasant experience! All 3 of them have definitely gone above and beyond my expectations!

Been living here for about a year now and I LOVE it! Office team is great and always very helpful; maintenance usually gets completed within 24 hrs of putting in a request. Cannot beat the location or amount of space you get for the price. Will definitely be renewing when the time comes!

Do not rent here. You’ve been warned. IF you still choose to stay here, make sure to take a picture of all your valuables and have receipts because without any proof, your claim will be denied and management won’t do anything about it. This place is notorious for having your stuff come up missing without any signs of forced entry, which makes it pretty obvious that it’s an inside job. With that being said, HIDE your stuff! Do NOT LEAVE IT in plain sight because if they come to randomly check your apartment, which they can legally do, your stuff might come up missing. I’d say get a lock box but unless you bolt it to the wall, it’s not safe. Even if it’s bolted, I’d be wary. Times are hard and companies are hiring anyone who will work, which means they don’t pay them a lot of money so they are more likely to steal I guess. You’ve been warned ?♂️

I am so disappointed in the management of Roosevelt Square. I was randomly sent a bill from collections 4 YEARS after I moved out of my apartment. This has hit my credit and my husband and I had NO IDEA we even owed them. We have been trying to get this resolved for the past two months but the communication has been so poor and our credit is dropping. These people will nickel and dime you even after you have moved out and it is unjust, especially since we have been willing to resolve it. It is not worth the hassle to live here.

I recently just moved out of this complex after 2 years, and I genuinely appreciated the kindness and support of the team that worked in the front office, especially Jordan and the individual who worked in the office on the weekend that I dropped off my keys and my parking pass (I'm sorry; I forgot to ask for your name). Also, the maintenance team was always on top of it; they made sure that pretty much every one of my maintenance requests was addressed within 1-2 days!
My only issue wasn't with the apartment complex itself; it was with the vendor that was originally contracted to fix the bathtubs. (But since I have moved, the front office has said that they have been in the process of changing that vendor! So, it shouldn't be an issue for anyone just moving in!) The neighbors were really so lovely, and it was in such a convenient area!
I will really miss living here; I honestly just moved out because the drive to my new job would have been unbearably long. But overall, I genuinely loved my time here!!

I've lived here the past few years and I have no complaints at all. Repairs are taken care of in a timely manner, the landscaping is kept up and the staff goes above and beyond to keep the residents happy. Temporary guest parking passes would be cool for roof level A building parking structure only, but other than that, keep up the good work!
Had to give an updated review as it's been a few years since my original post. Had to change it from 5 stars to 4 stars for a few reasons. The water has to be shut off way more often than usual but the front office has done a good job of notifying it beforehand. Amenities are very well taken care of but as with any parking structure, be sure to not leave things in your vehicle that you don't mind getting stolen. It's more on the area and the massive amount of homeless people than anything else so just be mindful of that and you'll be fine.

Terrible place to live. They take forever to fix stuff and the management is rude and will lie to your face. If you do decide to rent here, make sure you get everything in writing. Also, take pictures of you valuables because they may just come up missing and you can't file a claim without a picture(s) of the items.

The location is cool, other than that I do not recommend. I've had my laptops stolen, my guess was that it someone who worked there because there were no signs of forced entry. I couldn't file the claim because I didn't have any pictures of them.
I also was lied to by the property manager on several occasions. Don't recommend.

Carlos in the leasing office helped me from showing to signing the lease. They continue to be beyond helpful with answering all my questions and definitely sealed the deal for my new apartment

Moved to Arizona in 2021 and was helped by Jordan when it came to renting my apartment site unseen. She was a huge help and I was so pleased with my experience. When my lease was up I moved to Tempe to be closer to work but quickly realized I did not enjoy it nearly as much as Roosevelt Square and the second my lease was up I immediately moved back to Roosevelt and was so pleased Jordan was still with the company and was able to assist me again with my rental needs.

I'm a tenant currently and I love it here. One of the agents here named Carlos ( yes he has the same name as me) has been the most informative and well relatable person. The rest of the staff is friendly and helpful as well. Most of the maintenance requests get handled right away. There's couple coffee shop is right down stairs and we have a bar that serves excellent food just across the field with several other spots to eat around the corner. How convenient!

Roosevelt is a great community to live. Surprisingly quiet for a downtown apartment. Work orders get done fast, like next day fast. And the staff is awesome, Jordan and Carlos are very responsive and you can tell they care for the community they manage and those that live there. I definetly recommend living here if you're choosing somewhere in downtown.
