To be honest I do not even know where to begin. There should be a zero star option on here. My aunts tire was completely blown up and the gentlemen at this shop could'nt even give her a hand to help her out. He first told her to have a seat that they were going to help her , then proceeded to tell her that they couldnt help her . She then asked if they can at least help her take off the tire so she can go buy a new one else where since she realistically could not drive her car and they refused to do it. Have in mind she is an elder woman. If I could give this place a -10 star review I would. Customer service is disgusting here.

Its getting hard to find a place that will actually patch a tire and not just throw a plug in it. These guys will. My tire was beyond repair this time, but they found me a new tire same day and got me on the road. Thanks men..

Above all, don't go there... They are crooks, they wanted to charge us 3 hours of work for a wheel alignment. Myself knowing the work to be done, I watched their work but after 1h30 I asked to stop everything given their incompetence.

I stopped to get some 19.5 Inch tires for my truck that carries a camper. Once the tires were on I paid and left. The vibration from the poorly balanced tires made my truck feel like it was a helicopter. I brought it back and they put tIre beads in it but it was worse. They said they could do no more and that it was my wheels and not the tires And that those tires weren't made to go on my truck. I told them the tires must be out of round but they said they could put a bunch more tires on it and it wouldn't change. I got a refund and found another shop that put on a new pair of Hankook DH 7's. It was like driving on a pond with no ripples, absolutely no vibration at all.
