Everything was amazingly great! To the people working for the hotel: Thank you for your dedication and excellent service. It's obvious that you are doing the best job as a team! Recommended for all ages! (The breakfast is varied and delicious).

Location is perfect for Mayo Clinic. Service good, rooms very good, little touches throughout were excellent: lavender station, sleepytime tea, comfortable outdoor lounge furniture, e.g.Breakfast had 4 hot items each day (scrambled eggs, 2 meats, a souffle or quiche cup), oatmeal station, waffle station, yogurts, fruit (oranges & apples), & toast, bagels, muffins.Lovely stay, all considered.

If you ever need to go to the Mayo Clinic this is the place to stay. It's right next door and you can walk to all the buildings or you can take their little cab like thing. It was cute.

On-site for Mayo Clinic. Suites are well-appointed, clean. If you're going to Mayo, you can't beat it!

Yolando Ford could possibly be the absolute worst manager in the history of managers and some how this facility employs her. I'm a platinum elite member and was treated like a homeless vagrant. She is nasty, unapologetic, will ensure no resolution and pissing a customer off while berating her staff in public. The experience was so miserable we moved to another hotel. How you employ that nasty witch to represent your organization is dumbfounding. You've been warned!December 2023 - After extensive conversations with the General Manager, Brianna, I was impressed with her command of the situation and recognition of poor behavior concerning Yolanda Ford. Sadly, it was the general manager that was forced into a situation by a horrible "manager" in which she acted admirably. All I asked was that the original Military Rate that I was quoted was honored...it was that simple. Brianna, refunded the entire invoice and expressed a sincere embarrassment on behalf of Yolanda Ford.I can't change my original rating and I won't as the situation should have never occurred. However, the response from management was noted and admirable. Thank you Brianna

My family and I are far from home and chose this hotel due to the convenience of being next to Mayo clinic. My brother is a cancer patient and from my understanding, most of the customers are patients/family/friends of Mayo clinic and I'm appalled at the uncleanliness of the hotel. It is absolutely disgusting and I would never recommend it to anyone! I had to take out the trash, get my towels and toilet paper and at one point, vacuumed my own room. Absolutely filthy and do not waste your money!!!!

I have been staying at this hotel on a regular basis for years as I am a Mayo Clinic patient receiving ongoing treatment. Through this time, it has been a convenient and affordable place for patients to stay while receiving treatment. However, since the pandemic every stay is more expensive, and the hotel provides less service and amenities. During this last stay Oct 13-18, a 5-night stay, we were submitted to what I can only describe as consumer abuse. My bill including a small charge from the Market was $1,851.51 with new policies of room cleaning every 7 DAYS. If you require more frequent cleaning, you can request it, however they never come. One is to leave the trash in the hallway to have it collected and you can spend your time chasing down toilet paper and clean towels in between hospital treatments. Also, they have reduced the amount of television channels available and charge $14.00 a day for parking.I would imagine that a great deal of the clientele of this hotel is Mayo Clinic patients and have no need to be gouged in such a manner. If the price must increase does the services have to take such a dive.? I am just wondering how long it will take for the property to be infested cockroaches and bed bugs with this level of unsanitary upkeep.I must mention that the furniture in certain rooms is in bad need of TLC. with drawers that won't stay closed and or are too crooked to open.I felt compelled to write this comment as it is simple consumer abuse to treat customers in such a manner. The staff is nice enough but as one says, they only work there they don’t make the policies.Noteworthy details: Consumer abuse

Stayed 3 nights at the Residence Inn Mayo Clinic. As a Titanium Elite Marriott guest, I felt valued and very well taken care of. No executive lounge, but the daily breakfast was better than most and the room was spacious and immaculately clean. A great experience and would highly recommend.Rooms: Very spacious rooms

My parents stay here regularly when visiting the Mayo Clinic Hospital, and this was the first time I joined them. The rooms are quite spacious with kitchenettes, living areas, large beds, and decent sized bathrooms. The hotel is very old, though, and desperately needs some money put into renovating it. Many of the amenities, and even the front door, in my room were broken, several items missing from my kitchen area, and very uncomfortable bedding. They have breakfast in the morning with little variety, and considering many people live at this hotel for weeks recovering from procedures, it's amazing they don't have better nourishment options. They have a shuttle that takes guests to and from the hospital, which is a really great amenity; however, it was broken or out of service several times on my short weekend stay here. Additionally, they did not have enough wheelchairs to accommodate their guests, and my mother had to walk with a walker back to her room after being released from the hospital after her heart surgery. Considering their particular clientele, this really should never happen. The staff here are very nice and accommodating and really go out of their way for the guests. I was especially impressed to see such great service despite the likelihood that they probably dealt with many cranky, sick individuals who don't feel well and might not be the most pleasant themselves.Staff was great, but this hotel needs some serious attention and improvements considering it is the primary hotel for such a famous hospital.

Right next door to Mayo, perfect get away and super convenient for patients and caregivers. Rooms like mini studio apartments, kitchen n full sized frig n desk work area, one of the best layouts. Comfy beds, super clean and pet friendly. Desert walking trail, excellent breakfast I often parlayed into lunch, Whole Foods n other amenities right down the street. Only downside might be if you are on SE side of the building, bring earplugs in case for construction noise next door at hospital, will be even better once that is complete.

Average room. Location to Mayo Clinic is great. Nice pool. Breakfast had a variety of options. Plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes driving. Nothing is walkable except Mayo.

Enjoyed my stay, we came down for a two night concert, room was nice and enjoyed the pool and the breakfast they offered the hotel is relatively close to everything shopping and food wise. Only issue that we had was when we got here we didn't though they charged for parking 14 dollars a day. Overall it was a very nice stay
