After I posted the review yesterday the "Customer Care" section responded and asked me to email them - which I did. I have to admit, my rep did get a hold of me immediately. The rate increase was explained. Not sure how this is going to go in the future but I was surprised at the promptness of their "Customer Care" section. But, a customer shouldn't have to leave a scathing 1 star review to get satisfaction. . . . .just saying.

Holy scam of a company. They billed me 50% more just months after signing up. My original bill was $95, a year or two later they were billing me $350!!! The charges listed on the invoice were complete bullshit. $50 admin fee. $120 fuel charge. Trash was slightly overfilled , $50 fee. I cannot believe we let this company operate. We have to shut them down.

I hope this gets to the right person I work at the Hutchins Texas location and there is something going on my supervisor is never there never checks on us and our new OM don’t do anything about it I got hurt at the Landfill he said he was gonna make a report on it and our GM didn’t even know I had been hurt I can’t afford not to work so I just deal with the pain

They deserve zero stars. We live in an unincorporated desert area north of Phoenix (New River) and we have to pay for trash pickup from one of several private companies. We went with Republic because it seemed to be the one more neighbors were using, but what a mistake! They are terrible at service, leaving trash uncollected and they have done nothing but raise their rates to astronomical levels. We called about our uncollected trash from last Tuesday and were promised a pickup, but here it is Sunday and the full trash cans are still sitting at the end of the driveway five days later. I have called customer service twice and have been emailing a representative in charge of escalations, named Jason Elliman, but all to no avail. We are definitely cancelling this useless company and going over to Waste Management or RAD - anything but Republic.

HR didnt want to help - I’m extremely disappointed in the unprofessionalism that my husband experienced for months trying to get an answer and some help!Here’s my review of the problem we’ve had with republic. I do not recommend working for or using their services——horrible company to work with and work for - they could care less about their employees and their family.. unethical "policies" - way over priced for poor services.. just ask any of their employeesAlthough my family's situation isn't a big deal to republic, it was to us and the way my husband has and was being treated is again unethical and just really sad when these past few months of being strung along and "phone tag" could have been avoided with simple communication.I now owe my 5 month olds (who was 1 MONTH old at the time) pediatrician over $400 because of having two sick visits.. because the OM decided to change my husbands termination date (to the week prior to his last day which also happened to be the same week as her two sick visits) - my husband left to purse a career as a first responder (which he has done for the last 10 years) which is where his heart and passion is. He left the right way with a two week notice. He was told he would be paid out and not to worry about coming in. (So he should have had insurance through his last day of work) surprise - it was not covered.Like i said earlier $400 is not a lot to republic, however it is to my family - as I am sure it is to many other families.

Two months ago I switched to Republic Services. Friday our trash was not collected. Called. They said it would be picked up Monday. Was not. Told it would be picked up today. Was NOT. When I call they tell me i need to talk to a specialist, but NO ONE is able to give me a solid answer. This is a very mismanaged company. Very poor customer service and no one knows the answer to any of my questions.

Wife Tried for a month to cancel the service due to big increase in monthly fee for a 2 yard dumpster..she was told sales rep would be contacting her within a few days. After a week called again and was told 24-48 hours to "finalize the cancellation" Again no return call. Called again where it was "escalated to a supervisor". Finally received call back and was informed that they needed 60 days notice to cancel service or would have to pay 2 months before they would schedule a pickup of the dumpster (after we had already signed up with a more reasonably priced competitor) ...though we are not under contract with Republic Services. Crooked from the word go. Would not recommend to any one.

I called to cancel service after being told it was mandatory to have recycle in my area so I had to pay for regular trash and recycling and after 2 yrs of consistent price increases I had enough. I was told since I was canceling service there would be a $99.00 container removal fee. Think twice about going with Republic Services, they are rude and could care less about their customers.

Wouldn't recommend this company if my life depended on it. Requested a dumpster for a specific date & had an entire crew waiting around all day for the dumpster to show up. Called them to find out that they rescheduled for a week later with no notice. Not only are they more expensive, but expect to spend 30+ minutes on the phone with a person that isn't in the US.Service: Junk removal

The individual responsible for driving my designated route in Buckeye, Arizona consistently exceeds the speed limit within a compact residential zone. Furthermore, they only collect a portion of the trash from the containers. I would like to address the operator of vehicle 2602 and kindly request that they reduce their speed, prioritize caution around residents and children, and ensure they fully empty the trash cans during pickups.

I have been a customer for more the 10 years they are not letting me stop my service I sent the certified letter they signed it I try to talk to them they will only do email this company is terrible

Sure wish you could put a negative rating! This company is a worthless as you can get. God help those that are employed by them as is must the most awful thing to work for. What is wrong with people that can not run a successful business? Hope you have NOT reproduced any children, we don't need anymore worthless people on the face of the earth. For crying out loud, get your heads out of your butts & do the right thing by people. If you can't seem to get it together, I'd pay 2 cents to take the business and run it like it should be.This is what America is about folks! Get it together or it's another "Mad Max" world coming to you very soon!

If only I could go lower than 1 star. This week marks 2 weeks that our trash bin hasn't been picked up. I've tried contacting the phone number given on the website (602) 237-2078, though the call has failed so many times. Im not sure if the number is correct, but it's what the site has given me.On top of that, this isn't the first time this has happened. We've encountered this many times with Republic Services. We haven't been with them for a year, though this happens so many times. Do not recommend.Thinking of canceling our services.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars, negative stars even. I've been trying to cancel my trash service since November 2022. They collected my trash container and kept charging me for pick ups. I call about once a week and get the same answer "we will escalate this and we will call you back in 48 business hours" not once have I received a single call from them. Maybe they will finally give me a call back after all the reviews I'm leaving.

Trying to cancel our service. There appears to be no way to do this. 1. On line dashboard has no way to cancel service 2. Customer Service takesinformation but has no way to cancel service informs rep has to call you back and will not give contact info to anyone that cancel the service 3. Rep never calls back. Our next dump is scheduled for 06/15/2023 It's the last one I'm paying for. It's ridiculous that there's no way to cancel your service or even reach anyone that can help to cancel your service. Countless time on hold for a rep's, emails through contact us, no call back's that are supposed to happen 24-48hrs. Still trying to reach someone that can help.
