worst place to live. roaches, apartment falling apart. you call them to fix the apartment and they take forever and to top it off it's half assed. next week the shit falling apart again. then you got them dumb bitches in the office who think they own the apartments. Doing unlawfully shit. using their power they have at the apartment complex to harass the tenant. my car was towed with no notice. parked in my parking spot. yet they have a sign that says don't reverse park and so many ppl do it but they don't tow them. I'm looking to suing these dumb asses. take your money else where. not recommended at all.

Horribly ran. No one takes accountability for anything when something goes wrong. It is always a third party's fault. If I could do zero stars I would.I was just flat out lied to by the leasing office 6 hours after being told something completely different.

So far so good. Grabbed a 2 bed 2 bath for $1200. For that price can't complain. Even if it was more I still can't complain really. Moved in to a few issues but maintenance came in right away to fix them. Only been here like 2 weeks now but still far it's a great place

Very close to ASU west Campus, walking distance to the classrooms and Sprouts Farmers market, super convenient! Friendly staff and a safety cozy community. Good recommendation from the school.

The office staff is friendly. The apartment designs are not bad. They are cozy and comfortable. Our neighbors are friendly. Sprouts is nearby. The main problem is the crime in the area has gotten worse in the past few years and that I have not seen security patrol at night since 2020. The crime of catalytic converters been stolen and cars being broken into is too frequent. Shady people are also walking around constantly where kids are playing. Most residents have set up cameras to see what is happening late at night. It is sad that most of the Phoenix and Glendale area has had a surge of criminal activity.

This place sucks. The AC never works they say you can call emergency maintenance but the dude will call you just to tell you well it’s hot nothing we can do about it. I pay upwards of $200 to SRP so I CAN have cool air. It’s an overpriced apartment complex I’ve had roaches since the day I MOVED IN they keep “bombing” but constant roaches. I’m over this place and cannot wait to leave I would take your money else where ? pay 1400 for a better apartment

Another greedy apartment complex that makes millions. Coach roach infested apartments that are over priced. The cancelation fees are absurd. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer. All because of greedy people like the ones that own this apartment complex.

horrible! the ladies at the leasing office are rude, the neighbors are loud and disrespectful and crazy. do not live here unless you want to walk on eggshells in your own home. the maintenance people suck, they either never come or they don't actually fix your problem. too many things wrong with this place. tweakers and homeless always on property trying to steal your stuff.

Update on living here for 3 years. The front office staff is awesome and very understanding, every single time I’ve spoken to any of them, they always have a Great attitude when answering questions or offering advice/help just beyond explaining your situation. Many of the negative reviews I see on here, have never happened to me in the time I’ve lived in my unit. While it is a little pricey, I think that’s just the normal here in Arizona with times changing. I’ve seen maybe 2 scorpions ever, not as many as claimed to be an issue. No issues with any neighbors or car theft over by my building. So far, so good! Thanks guys!

We’ve been dealing with theft at the complex, our catalytic converter got stolen from 2 different cars. When I asked if we can get better security for us renters, I was told I can leave if I want to. They don’t really care about security or safety of tenants.EDIT: I called the number and it’s a fake number. In addition more thievery has happened since this post. I highly recommendLiving here if you like getting your cars broken into and stolen. “Luxury “ is an ironic word they use to describe this place.
