Both my boyfriend and I went to get boots for work. The girl that helped us was very friendly and helpful. The store that we were at didn't have the boots I wanted, so she called another store and had them save them for me. The guy at the other Redwing store was very nice, and helped me figure out that I needed a 6 1/2 wide instead of a 7 regular.

Dropped in yesterday and had my feet professionally measured. They customized a specific pair of boots for me. I went with the new Apex boots with the BOA fastening system. I can't believe how comfortable these things are! I'm on my feet all day and so far I can say that my quality of life has improved because my feet are so comfortable all day long! I recommend spending the time and money to get the full benefits of Redwing shoes.

So I just stopped by this store to shop for some new work boots. Now I've looked online at Amazon etc....but I have 2 issues that make me leary buying any boots without trying them on first. Number one I have a size 15 shoe and number two I shattered my ankle a few years back on my motorcycle and have a really fat fat ankle now. I do believe it was James Wilson that helped me while I was here and this gentleman went above and beyond to make sure that we found me a pair of boots that fit both my size and my big old cankle he was very courteous knew all about the boots and set me up with best pair of boots that I felt on my feet in years!!! So if you're looking to get some customer service and a good pair of boots I highly recommend this store!!! And want to give a special thank-you to James you helped me so much today brother you have no idea!!!

Absolutely amazing!, I called first to check on stock. Super professional ,knew products ,went in to pick up the items I called for. Super clean store, was greeted immediately , superior knowledge of items offered extras that I would like.He thanked me for coming in.This is the old school customer service that everyone needs to experience , thank you again ?

Went in for a shine/tune-up (12 month checkup coupon on King Toe), came back the next day to get the new Oxfords, will be replacing my Oxfords from 20 years ago. Was on the fence about repairing them, now I can throw out my old Oxfords.Michael was the best, took the UFP again, he recommended the new Elite orthotics. Used coupon for that. Just wish the Oxfords came with the great BOA system.Please don't ever get rid of the BOA system, last year, shortly after buying the KINGTOE, I got the TRADESMAN because of the BOA system.Just realized this is my 3rd pair of Redwings in 12months. Very Happy and satisfied with my Red Wings, I am lucky to have one just a few miles away. Love the quality and styles, and customer service is always first class.1 recommendation I would have is on the athletic shoes, almost every shoe has a WHITEWALL outer sole. If working-out outdoors, they get very dirty too fast. No one wants to keep cleaning the white walls on the outer soles after every workout. This is why I never buy tennies with them. They get dirty to easily and look bad. We just want to grab and go and do a workout without looking like our shoes were found in a dumpster.PS. Been waiting a long time to get the BROWN Oxfords again. Please don't remove them from the MENU. Thanks ;)

The employees there know what they are doing! They go above and beyond to help you get the right shoes for you and make sure they are comfortable, too. They called other stores for me to get the correct size and had them shipped from California, which only took 5 days!
