So on July 5, 2024 I walk in at 6:45 pm to ask for a business card to schedule an appointment for a pedicure and I literally stand there for 2 mins and no one said a word to me. The bell chimed when I walked in and they did not acknowledge me at all. I mean not one word!! I will tell everyone I know do not go to this unfriendly nail salon. They have extremely poor customer service!! Wish I could give them a zero. And it was my first time going there. ??

I absolutely love this place, they are so nice and efficient and definitely ask for SEAN he does the best sets, I will definitely be back in 2 weeks! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
Cleanliness: 10/10
Stylist: Sean was my stylist and I highly recommend him #4 the best to do it and very efficient, clean and fast !!!

It's one of the better nail shops in south phoenix. Overpriced and charged $20 to soak off nails. That's a rip off. Your service is random. You may get someone how cares old grandpa that can barely see your feet. 40 for basic plus callus removal
Cleanliness: They appear to have everything clean but they use the same nail clippers for everyone. I learned that's how nail fungus starts.

Pedicure charges here are insanely ridiculous!!! $30 pedicure to 50 up charge after asking before they started. He gunna say we do a lot I have to file. No shit that's part of the pedicure Would Never come here again. I cancelled my nail appt because who knows wtf they sneaky ass gunna upcharge Horrible service. N toes don't even look good !!!! Gel polish isn't clean n fresh

I’ve been working at Red Nails for a year now. All staff are very kind and genuine. The manager, Tammy is very sweet and treats all her technicians like family. It has been a wonderful experience working here and I’m happy to be employed at Red Nails.

I’m actually a nail tech in this shop who have been working in this store for almost 10 years. The manager, Tammy, is actually a really nice person. She always has helped everyone around her. I love working here.

If you are planning on thinking about looking to be hired that this location, I advised that you do not waste your time.
The owner of this salon, Tammy, is verbally abusive and belittling of their technician.
“All employees that are currently employ under me does not have the right to speak to me because you are beneath me”
Those were the exact words she had spoken to all her technician before resigning I had stated that because I’m your employee does not give you the right to be unprofessional, condescending and I don’t need that toxicity around me. You need to reevaluate your management skills if you want to continue keeping your staff.

Acrylic started lifting day 3, I used to come here faithfully about 4 years ago and was just reminded by the nail and toe tech Angela, who is racist and obviously has an issue with Black/African American people, she is very rude and unprofessional towards people who look like me, however is very nice a greets other people who are not black or who don’t look black. Tammy is great and so is Shawn it’s just a shame that a tech has caused me to feel too uncomfortable to come back once again.

My go-to nail spot in South Phoenix! Today's service did feel a little rushed and not their best quality but it's Easter weekend and they were busy. I got a pedicure, full set, and eyebrow wax. Even though the service seemed rushed (this isn't always the case) everything turned out good!
