Unbelievable experience. I am new to using a safety razor. They walked me through all of the razors and products. I was not up sold at all. I was expecting to spend a lot more. I was going to phoenix for my kids' hockey tournament and wanted to talk to someone before I bought a new razor. Why I picked the Razor Emporium was their YouTube channel. They truly love shaving. Make the trip if you have a chance. If not, buy from their website.

Ashley and Sal helped us out when we visited a couple of weeks ago on a random Thursday afternoon along our travels. My husband is a shaving hobbyist for quite some time following/watching - I'd Lather be Shaving - Razor Emporium channel since the beginning on YouTube. It would've been neat to meet Matt but knew it was most likely not an option. We vacationed in Lake Havasu, so on our way back it was a must stop! Ashley was highly knowledgeable on products, and recommendations as well as such a sweet person. We also met Sal whom stopped by unexpectedly while we were there so my husband had a chance to discuss with him some history of shaving, and he also pointed out his favorites in the store. We definitely did not "need" to purchase any more soaps or products but just had to! If you check in on Yelp you get 10% off ... which helped on how much we spent. :) My husband has almost as much product in his own inventory so trust me we purchased some new soaps and items out of the factor that we were there in person. We also purchased some excellent Xmas gifts for others that appreciate the quality restored items and or new ones sold here along with soaps/aftershaves. Thank you both for such a pleasant visit.

Great selection and staff. I was given excellent recommendations by their knowledgeable staff. Purchased a Henson razor with a Razor Emporium badger hair brush and Razor Emporium aftershave balm. Shaved as soon as I got home and I couldn't be more pleased. Will definitely return to this wonderful shop.

Made an order online on Saturday. Razor Emporium shipped the order within an hour. I didn't expect the order for a week or so, I'm glad I was wrong. The order ended up being delivered on Monday. It is as if I ordered it from Amazon. Not only was the order delivered fast, but it was the best deal I was able to find! Thanks, Razor Emporium, I'll certainly be back.

Razor Emporium is my go to place for everything in the vintage razor market (original and revamp) and/or Rex Supply state of the art modern razors. Additionally, Matt P and Co provide exceptional customer service (especially DJ whom I’ve had multiple interactions with over the years) and technical advice.Razor Emporium also stock their own line of shaving software and other artisan shaving products that might just fit your shaving needs. I highly recommend Razor Emporium.

I wanted to give a DE razor a try. After watching some videos, I decided on a parker 91R. I also figured I would get a brush, a pre-shave bar, some shave cream and a brush/razor combo stand. Ordered the items on 2/11/23. They didn't ship out until about 5 day slater. I needed to provide a prompt to initiate the shipping. Because they waited as long as they did, the order would have been received on a Monday (10 days after it was ordered). However, the Monday it would have arrived was a USPS Holiday so it didn't arrive until 2/21/23. Opening the box, the stand was missing. I let them know that the order was incomplete. About two days later, and after another prompt, they told me they shipped the item. I received the package and though there was a stand in the box, it was not what I had ordered. It was a brush stand. I had decided on ordering from Razor Emporium because the price was the lowest (by about 10 bucks overall). However, in retrospect, I had strongly considered buying from Amazon because I would have received the items within 48 hours. Next time Amazon. These guys don't care enough to pay attention to detail. Which is another way of saying they don't necessarily appreciate your business.

A hidden gem. Drove past it twice due to lack of an exterior sign (just trust the address numbers). Once I walked in I was overwhelmed by their selection of razors, creams, soaps, brushes, and accessories for the perfect shave. I was there buying a gift for my Dad, and the service was top notch. The woman there explained everything to me and even that some of their products are made in-house! You can shop basic to extravagant. They even have some showcases with antique shaving items that were very interesting. Highly recommend!

Very good business! I have ordered from them twice, very good shipping. I had a product that wasn’t put in the box, I emailed and they got right back with me and apologized and are shipping me that item! 10/10 customer service and quality of there products

Dear Matthew Pisarcik, Dear Rex Supply Co,first of all I would like to say thank you. I have been using a Rex Ambassador for two weeks now and every shave has been a pleasure. You have created something very special with the Rex shavers. It is simply a pleasure to feel the precision and quality and I look forward to many years with such a great tool. The sight of it just triggers feelings of happiness. Frankly, I would have expected this fine razor more from one of our great German engineers. Although there are a few good and proven examples here as well, the Rex Ambassador is beyond any competition. It gave me a perfect shave right from the start, I have never experienced that before. Thank you so much.I have a feeling that one day I will pass this razor on to my great grandchildren. But my children and grandchildren will have to buy their own, because as soon as they will shave, I still need my Rex by myself. ;)G.Z.

Today’s haul! Like a kid in a candy store. Awesome store, awesome people, and I got to meet Matt for a minute. I’m pretty new to the wet shaving game, but have found it to become sort of a hobby now. If you are a wet shaver, do yourself a favor and check out the physical Razor Emporium store! You can actually smell the scents and hold the products before buying, and as overwhelming as it is with all the different products there, it is an awesome experience! Plus no need to wait for shipping, you can have your stuff same day! Will come back, thanks for doing what you guys do. *p.s. - thanks for the samples also!
