I pre-washed the car at home I took it in for $8 Express and you can still see my wash marks when I had to complete drying by hand, the place seemed empty maybe that is a sign to stay away and save money. I do not recommend this place.

I came to the Raceway on 43rd and Northern and I have been coming here years, but today in particular I had such a wonderful interaction with Latovia (she was at the entry gate) and her customer service when I arrived was amazing. She greeted me with a big smile, explained the washes to me (and the options - menu seems to have changed since I was last here) and was even super patient with me because I was on a work call trying to get through the wash. This is the type of service that makes me want to choose coming here! Thank you, Raceway, and thanks Latovia, you (whether you knew it or not) absolutely made my day!!
The prices have gone up a bit, as expected in our current state of economy but the wash was great, the vacuums were super strong and I left an extra happy customer. ☺️

I have a membership here and come almost once a week! Yesterday I had car issues and the employee LATAVIA at the 43rd Ave and Northern location assisted me, making sure I was ok. Not only did she make sure I was ok but she even brought her own car over by mine and gave me a jump. She was so kind and an example of what great customer service is! Not only did she do her job very well but went above and beyond to make sure I was able to leave with my car up and running. With it being so hot in AZ I really appreciated her assistance with helping me get my car back up and running! LATAVIA deserves a raise and deserves to be recognized for her outstanding customer service and loyalty to Raceway Express Car Wash customers!! So thank you LATAVIA for making my day and giving me hope that this world still has great people in it and employees who have great customer service still!!!!! God bless you!
