I went around 4PM to get gas for my vehicle. I used tap pay at the pump and by 9pm I have a $175.oo fraudulent charge on my card from Quicktrip. Be careful

Brandon S. is living proof that not everyone is cut out for customer service — or basic human interaction, for that matter. I see him every morning on my commute, radiating the kind of energy you’d expect from someone allergic to eye contact and joy. He refuses to bag my items unless prompted, apparently content to watch me juggle groceries like I’m auditioning for the circus. If smiling is too emotionally taxing, perhaps the back room is more his natural habitat. Chin up, Brandon — customer service requires at least a hint of service.

This place is a joke. I usually seek out QT so I pulled up here. There was zero gas ZERO all of the pumps were inoperable. A gas station without gas? I have never seen such a thing. I figured oh well, I'm a bit thirsty so I'll fill up some water. The water was broken too with an out of order sign... it was almost as funny as it was ridiculous. Gas stations are known for only two things... gas, and drinks. And this location didn't even offer either. They should fix the logo and put a k with a circle around it but even those gas stations run better than this place.

Very disappointed in this experience. I love getting Pineapple Green Tea sweetened from QTs. Got gas and a tea. The tea was unsweetened, and they lied on the gas price. On the street $3.65 and on the pump $3.75. I didn't catch it until I was mid pump. No one on site could do a refund.

Brian was the most amazing person to me today! My tire had a flat and i pulled into this QT to put air in my tire. unfortunately the air machine was broken so i went inside to see if maybe anyone could come out and fix it. Brian was so kind to help me put on my spare tire instead! if it wasn’t for him id probably still be stranded there. thank you so much to the staff here for helping me out when i needed it. Brian was also so kind that he wouldn’t even take some cash that i wanted him to have. 10/10 service :)

Normally QT are sought out when I need a gas station. This one is not a QT this is location a like a freaking truck stop! Filthy, bathroom has no soap, tried to buy ice…oh we’re out of ice days the guy who could care less. I say ok great. You’re out of soap in the bathroom…just ignores me and stares off. DO NOT go to this QT unless you enjoy the truck stop vibe…this location is worse than a Circle K.
